Excellent location, delicious plentiful breakfasts. The rooms are small, but the high ceilings offset this disadvantage. There's plenty of room in the lobby for a spectacular selfie. I liked it, a very good price/quality combination

The hotel is not bad, the view is beautiful during breakfast. The location is close to Istiklal Street, where there are many shops and you can go down to the Galata Tower.That's all. The service is very lame . They did not wait for the robes . She asked for additional hangers for clothes , they said we would bring them and did not bring them . But the biggest disappointment was the payment situation. the receptionist was extremely reluctant to take the card (Kazakhstan card of Caspian bank), then the employee nervously replied that there were not enough funds on the card (although there was more than enough) . I had to pay with a cash . In the morning , we saw a debit on the card . We received a nervous response to our request to sort it out : sort it out with your bank . The next 3 days they tried to clarify the situation, to which the receptionist only showed the statement, saying there was no payment. Do not order a taxi through the reception, because they collude with the drivers and they will charge the taxi three times.
