Excellent location, delicious plentiful breakfasts. The rooms are small, but the high ceilings offset this disadvantage. There's plenty of room in the lobby for a spectacular selfie. I liked it, a very good price/quality combination

The hotel is not bad, the view is beautiful during breakfast. The location is close to Istiklal Street, where there are many shops and you can go down to the Galata Tower.That's all. The service is very lame . They did not wait for the robes . She asked for additional hangers for clothes , they said we would bring them and did not bring them . But the biggest disappointment was the payment situation. the receptionist was extremely reluctant to take the card (Kazakhstan card of Caspian bank), then the employee nervously replied that there were not enough funds on the card (although there was more than enough) . I had to pay with a cash . In the morning , we saw a debit on the card . We received a nervous response to our request to sort it out : sort it out with your bank . The next 3 days they tried to clarify the situation, to which the receptionist only showed the statement, saying there was no payment. Do not order a taxi through the reception, because they collude with the drivers and they will charge the taxi three times.

The problem of the hotel is a very strong, heavy and even suffocating perfume smell in the lobby. I do not have allergies, but even I found it difficult to breathe in such an atmosphere, and those who are allergic to perfumes will have a trash vacation…
I really like the hotel itself, it has an entourage and beautiful interiors, I have been living here for the second time ... I also liked the excellent location. But because of the perfumed lobby, I probably won't come anymore.… I ask the hotel management to solve this problem somehow

A great hotel near the Galata Tower. The hotel is atmospheric with a historical aura. The staff is very attentive. There is a spa. The rooms are very cozy but quite cozy. In terms of price / quality ratio, this is a very good option.

The location of the hotel is great, the hotel itself is beautiful , but everything spoils the relationship of the staff ( bathrobes may run out and they will not be brought to you , if they are available , then you will have to ask for them several times . The shampoo is over , too , you need to ask for it to be poured . Loud music in the upstairs bar will keep you awake.

They lived high up, but even there until 00.30 or 00.40. it was noisy from the club in the next building, but the tipsy Turkish youth sang Turkish songs in chorus well, they are well done, they know how to have fun. At dinner, two pretty Turkish ladies are dancing to entertain the guests, they are also cute. It is a pity that the Russian-speaking Alyona did not appear on the first day. Do not take alcohol at the hotel, it is very expensive. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the Golden Horn Bay, the Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian Bazaar. There is a taxi nearby. A block and you go out onto a large street, I don't remember its name, which has a huge number of shops ranging from Zara to shops of Turkish manufacturers. There are a huge number of places of entertainment and feeding around.
