I was on a press tour at Baikonur. We wanted to visit different places during the week. In particular, we were at the Starry Sky cafe. The kitchen there is very bad, even the barbecue was ruined. the service is zero. As a result, we abandoned them and completely settled on Palerma.
Surprisingly, there was not a single spoiled dish during the week. Unfortunately, I don't know the cook's name. But she just cooked divinely for us. I regret that there was little time to leisurely fully enjoy her culinary masterpieces.
A separate plus for the service. Daulet Malikov was with us all these days. Our whole group is delighted with him. He became not just a waiter for us, but a member of our team.
If you are going to Baikonur, definitely go to the Palermo cafe.
For guidance: write out a bonus for the cook and Daulet! They are super! Thank you!
PS Chemken beer is just a cannon, a bomb!
Periodically, a delicious Caesar salad with shrimps, banal French fries, delicious tea and that's it. We tried to order other dishes: salad "Tbilisi", "Eggplant rolls", "Salmon steak", "Farmer steak from pork", "Dipper" - this is a complete fiasco. Four stars to the bar for decent alcoholic cocktails (not iced juice, as in another popular cafe near the square) and waiters. It should be noted that the staff is friendly and friendly, the waiting time for serving dishes is as stated in the menu and even less (during the day, with incomplete boarding). Despite the disadvantages, this is the best cafe among all other cafes and ala-"restaurants").
One of the best and soulful institutions of Baikonur.
Good and delicious food.
It is well located, at the very beginning of the pedestrian street "Arbat"
In the warm season, it is very cool to sit on the veranda, outdoors.
In the evening, lights are lit and very elegant.
