I like the location, the fresh interior, payment by card. The disadvantages include a common space for all types of services - a lot of smells and other related things. There is no loyalty system. It is also not very pleasant when you sign up for one master, and the administrator changes to another. They are forced to explain the problem they are facing, putting them in an awkward position. It can be hot in summer.

I do not recommend it. I came across a master who needs to explain what is wrong with a manicure. The fingers are poorly treated, as if she sat down at home and cut off the cuticle with scissors. Also, the oils "do not regret" ... well, it is not right that after applying the oil, it almost drips from the hands ... And these surprised faces "what's wrong, what's wrong?".
Yes, actually, everything is wrong!

It's just terrible.
I won a certificate for an Instagram service for Japanese manicure and pedicure. I did a manicure, I came for a pedicure today - the conditions were changed "on the go" - the service was refused, offering only a 10 percent discount, referring to the fact that I was warned about the validity period of the certificate (in fact, no, neither verbally nor in writing (correspondence with the administrator on Instagram) I she was not warned).
On the contrary, I informed the administrator that I would not do the procedure in the near future, because I was splicing the nail, to which I received no objections.
When confirming the entry, the administrator also did not announce the new "conditions".
As a result, I spent an hour on the road and an hour back, plus I specifically called a person to look at this time for the abandoned child.
"Thank you" for the "excellent" service and time spent.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. I broke my nail and went to the salon. The receptionist, Maria, offered to drive up in an hour, but it was not convenient for me and we agreed on a later time. The master even stayed at work, as I already had to leave the next day. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I recommend.

I've done eyebrows here twice - the shape is excellent, but it's difficult to call the styling styling, the eyebrows don't "stand" the next day. I also did a manicure. The next day, the nail peeled off, the kind receptionist found an opportunity to record me and I was corrected. But after 2 days, the other nail peeled off and broke off. I didn't even write anymore ... pedicure - I had rough skin after the sea, nothing has changed)))) Three stars exclusively for the administrator
