The place is decent in terms of location - between Monastir and Sousse, and in fact - quiet, clean, with a "children's" sea and near the airport. It takes 8-10 minutes to get to the main attractions of Monastir and only 10 dinars (230 rubles). The main hotels in this area are good 3-4*.
A better room is available only for an additional fee, room cleaning is the same name, their employees steal from the plage at the hotel, but at the reception staff solve any of your problems. Thanks a lot to them
