In the summer, we accidentally got into this hotel (we were planning to go to another hotel in the same chain). I liked everything. We lived in a room in the main building, two adults and two children. The room is large, clean, daily cleaning and very good. The food in the main restaurant is soooo varied, although I'm picky. The service is fast and comfortable. The beach is clean and cozy. In the morning, my husband and I had champagne at the beach bar and everything was absolutely extraordinary. Practically no one speaks Russian, it's not scary, a minimum of school English is enough. The children liked the pools, we love the sea. In general, we recommend the hotel, it's great for a family.

We had a family vacation in this wonderful hotel in July.
I liked everything (territory, infrastructure, room, food, access to the sea, swimming pools, ...)
I especially want to note the attitude towards the guests. Everyone is responsive, friendly, and welcoming.
We were sooo lucky with our guide from Pegas, Natalia Ryabinina.
Everything that has been said, everything is on the case, we are constantly in touch. We got into a difficult situation (I injured my leg), Natalia told us everything, helped with the organization of the stroller, told us about the rules and necessary requirements of the airport. Everything is clear, in advance. We still have very warm feelings from communicating with this person. Thank you very much, Natalia, for your work and attitude towards us (tourists)!

Our vacation in Paloma is coming to an end. We rested with a child for 4 years. From February 28 to March 6.
1. The room was spacious on the 5th floor, a huge bed and 2 small sofas, TV, tea,coffee, kettle,mini-bar. The mini-bar was replenished daily in the amount of 2 pieces (cola, fanta, sprite, hilt, water and mineral water). Slippers were changed and towels were changed every other day. You can ask for at least a daily change
2. The food is great, we haven't even tasted half of it. The sausage is of course specific, it was not eaten.
3. There is a gym, an indoor children's and adult swimming pool, although the water is cool, which is why the child got sick, overbought.
4. There are 4 pools on site, but unfortunately they are not cold in the season, a wonderful sandy beach.
There were a lot of retired Germans, there were few families with children.
The disadvantage is that the staff practically does not speak Russian, we communicated in broken English)).

We were in March, out of season. The room was booked with a street view, given as a compliment with a sea view. The room in the main building is very spacious. The hotel is green, there are many pools. The food is good, several types of meat, poultry, fish. The alcohol is decent. Tuborg beer, wine from our own winery (white is not very good for my taste, but red and pink are quite decent), cocktails are made perfectly. 4 types of whiskey, but the cognac was only Turkish (((. Live music in the evening. Among the disadvantages: the promenade ends 500 meters from the hotel, you have to walk to it on the sand of the beach. In my opinion, the disadvantages end there. The price-quality ratio for the month of March is simply magnificent. I looked at the prices for the summer of 2023, in my opinion they are asking for something expensive.

The bomb hotel! 7 times I was in Turkey only in five stars. I really liked this one. A huge territory, a large beach, the first line, excellent food. There is entertainment for everyone, both adults and children. The rooms are not very big, but it makes sense to sit in them)!? Recommended!

Great hotel. The attitude of the staff is very friendly. Perhaps the best hotel on the coast in the Side area. The contingent is mainly Germans, British, Dutch. By age , either pensioners or couples with children . The animation is positioned so that it doesn't bother anyone. There were a lot of fruits and vegetables. There was always meat and fish too . And a very diverse selection of sweets and ice cream. Alcoholic beverages of good quality. Of the comments, only the terrible synthetic pillows . We lived in a bungalow, where of course the audibility was as if a neighbor was next to you. So if you're lucky with the neighbors, then everything is fine.

The Palima Oceans 5* hotel is located near the city of Side. The first pleasant impression is an individual transfer to the hotel in a comfortable Mercedes with leather seats.
We rented a bungalow room, but at the reception the girl advised the children to stay in the main building of the hotel so that it would be warmer and the room would be bigger. At the same time, I did not have to pay anything extra. It's a pity I didn't remember her name, but she helped us a lot with advice and recommendations.
Very tasty food, a wide variety. I enjoyed eating fruits and vegetables. A large selection of drinks. The children enjoyed milkshakes, cocoa, and ice cream.
And finally, the most long-awaited is the Mediterranean Sea. The water is warm, the shells are beautiful, the sand is soft - everything we love. I just enjoyed the view, the smell and the sound, every day. The hotel is on the first line, walking to the beach through a riot of flowers and greenery is a real pleasure.
The pools were used as a photophone, it was cold to swim in them. But there is a spa in the hotel where we had a great time.
Special thanks to the staff who take care of everyone. They cleaned every day, the room was always clean. Everyone in the restaurant is very friendly, they helped the children with boarding, there are strollers and high chairs.
We will definitely come to this hotel during the season.

Paloma disappointed. I came here hoping for the declared luxury all inclusive, in fact, it pulls at a maximum of 4k.
1. The condition of the rooms. One small soap , 3 cotton swabs, shampoo in a dispenser ( not reported), slippers are not changed. Mini-bar: ephesus beer, cola, juice, water. Tea bags ! There is no spoon. The light is strangely positioned and it is dark with all the lights on.
2. The public. 90% of vacationers in February are Germans 70+, you feel like you are in a sanatorium.
3. Service. The waiters only hear German, they also serve Germans, especially those who generously tip (5-10 euros! Minimum). We rested with the baby and ate outside even in the rain, as the restaurant is stuffy and noisy. When they came out for the first time, the waiter muttered that he was actually serving the street now (it was not the season), and they took the appliances. Cats walk on tables, climb into plates and sometimes sit on napkins (reusable). One evening I asked to turn on the light on the veranda, the restaurant manager said that the light turns on from 20, then he really turned it on. They served us on the street for 2 days out of 7, thanks to one waiter who behaved properly.
On the day of departure, I asked for a late check-out (I have a baby who needs to be changed, fed, etc.), at first they said there were no available rooms (despite the fact that the hotel is huge), then they agreed to move to a room for the disabled (below the category) for 60 euros, which were not noted anywhere (the feeling that they just they put it in the pocket).
4. The food is good, but for the first time I went through all the delights of rotavirus, perhaps because of the cats walking on the tables,
I strongly do not recommend it for an off-season vacation with a small child.

Nice hotel on the first line, lots of greenery. A beautiful sandy beach with palm trees between the sun beds. Good varied cuisine, friendly bartenders. Among the features: if you take a bungalow closer to a large restaurant, you can hear the ventilation loudly.

We had a rest in paloma at the end of June with two children 9 years and 10 months old. We can safely recommend it for holidays with children. The large green territory of the hotel, many cafes and restaurants, an entertainment program every evening (acrobats, dancers, live music, aerialists, beach parties by the sea), and it is located to the side so as not to interfere with vacationers. Most of the vacationers are Germans, but all are friendly. The food is delicious and varied, mixtures are provided for very young children, there are vegetable purees. I additionally took food from home for the baby. I didn't like the cleaning of the room, but I hope it's only on our floor, so overall the hotel was very clean and tidy. My husband was happy with the drinks, we don't have a lot of things anymore. The minibar in the room was replenished regularly. The service is at a good level, but not everyone knows English (especially Russian), yet the hotel is more "sharpened" for the Germans. It didn't bother us, but maybe it will be important to someone. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is gradual. The hotel is wonderful, we decided that we would definitely return, but without the children😄

Excellent hotel , good European food . A varied menu. The drinks are original and of a good level .
4 swimming pools , a water park with slides .
Classical live music in the evenings. The disco is at a high level . Lots of bars . Pastry shop - excellent Turkish coffee and desserts! There are Russian speakers at the reception, the head of the Domre is very attentive.
All emerging issues are resolved promptly and in a positive manner.

A wonderful hotel, we lived in a bungalow, surrounded by greenery. The food is 5+, even a separate assortment of gluten-free products, fruits are varied, the service is excellent, tips were left both in bars and in the main restaurant. The bar in the room was replenished daily, the cleaning is good. Vacationers are 80% European, there are few Russians - and it's super!

We stayed at this hotel from November 5th to 12th. I liked everything, we didn't find any flaws. A huge territory, green, very well maintained. The staff is excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day. The sea is clean, the beach is also sandy. Our meals were ultra all inclusive. There is a warm pool where the SPA is. There were few residents, mostly Germans, everything was dignified and noble. The score is the highest score.

We liked this hotel even in winter, and we chose it without hesitation. And as it turned out, this is the case when reality is better than expectations !
Keep in mind that this year 80% of vacationers here are Germans, Americans and British, so they mostly speak English or German here, but there are also Russian-speaking staff, although in small numbers. There is a reception girl who will help you solve all your questions!)
Check-in:
We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., while we were preparing the room, we had breakfast, and at 11 we were already settled and went swimming at the sea, and this is the season.
The territory of the hotel :
At the exit from the main building, there are numerous swimming pools, there are also a lot of them for children. Incredibly beautiful green area , well-groomed , clean , like everything in this hotel . There is a small water park, but there are also free buses from the hotel to the huge water park of another hotel in the same network, so you need to sign up there in advance. But believe me, it's worth it!)
What else adds to the advantages is the presence of toilets in restaurants, on the beach, at each pool. There are also changing rooms with mirrors everywhere.
Sea and beach:
The entrance is sandy , without pebbles , very moderate , it was a pleasure to swim , there are very few fish , there is no pantone . There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach itself, you didn't have to get up at 7 a.m. to take a seat. It was always clean . And this beach is also favored by turtles, they have a clutch of eggs there, so maybe you'll be lucky and you'll see such an event!)

We lived in the main building on the 5th floor, the room was huge and beautiful, all the furniture and appliances were in excellent condition, a very comfortable balcony through which we could see everything, and no one bothered us. The hotel also provides terry bathrobes of pleasant quality, there are additional pillows and blankets in the closet, a safe and a mini-bar, which is replenished every day and is as diverse as possible!)
Cleaning:

Cleaning is carried out every day, as well as a change of linen / towels, to my surprise, the dust was also wiped constantly and everywhere.
Meal :
If we talk about basic nutrition, then there is food for absolutely everyone here - starting from babies, for whom the whole range of baby food is provided ( dry mixes, yoghurts ( danisimo, rastishka), food without spices and salt, milk), ending with the most sophisticated gourmet who needs everything at once ( always different types of meat , fish , vegetables , fruits , side dishes , natural sauces , and desserts , just a fairy tale !). In the morning they give champagne and sandwiches with red fish ) There are themed evenings: Mexican , Chinese , Turkish, everything is insanely delicious. There is also a menu for people who are not allowed lactose and gluten. In terms of nutrition, everything is provided here as much as possible. In the main restaurant
There is also a separate area where kids can eat if they don 't want to sit with you at the table.
We also visited two a la card restaurants - Ottoman cuisine and European cuisine.
The first restaurant made a special impression on me , at least with its authentic serving of dishes , at most with incredible taste . I don't really like spice and spice, but it was so appropriate here that it was impossible to tear myself away!)
The European restaurant presents dishes that are closer to us: risotto , pasta , bruschetta , hot ratatouille with meat or chicken in an incredible sauce with vegetables. But despite this, it deserves your attention, because the serving and taste of the dishes are on top!)
The hotel also has its own pastry shop with desserts that you will not find in the main restaurant, Turkish coffee and other types of drinks are brewed there.
Bars and additional snacks :
In the main building there is a large bar with a wonderful lounge area, also each pool and sea has its own aqua bars, in each of them you can not only drink soda/cocktail/beer, but also have a snack with pasta, burgers, pizza, desserts or fruits!)
On the way to the sea, there is an area where the famous Gozleme tortillas are prepared with a choice of fillings: meat, cheese, spinach or sweet. Here they are very low - fat , which made me very happy .
There are also an endless number of refrigerators with water and ice cream on site.
Animation :
The show program changes week after week , there are always different numbers that are very interesting to watch. Dancing , gymnasts , extreme stunts .
During the day, boccia, darts, beach volleyball, aqua gymnastics, zumba, yoga, water polo are held.
At the pool, which is closer to the sea, at 12:00 every day there are competitions for guests (on the surf, on inflatable trampolines, etc.).
There was a huge kids' club for children, from where they could only be brought out in tears, they loved it so much!)
The animators themselves are very cool, not intrusive, sociable, huge greetings to Mr. Fabrice!))
The infrastructure around :
Near the hotel there are a large number of different shops, a huge bazaar. There are pharmacies, for their information, it is better to go to the one across the street from the hotel, because there is more choice and the sellers there all speak Russian. They advised us on really good medicines!)
There are many ATMs that accept world cards (Ziraat bank, Vakifbank, there is also a Turkish bank, but there is a withdrawal limit (250 liras per day)). ATMs are quietly translated into Russian , they do not charge a commission .
To sum up, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel, the service and the vacation itself, no one here will look into your eyes and wait for tips, you will want to leave them yourself over and over again!)

The hotel is good. I was vacationing there with my wife in August 2021. There are several unpleasant moments related to the service in the hotel catering, but rather it is due to the coronavirus epidemic and a lack of staff. The territory of the hotel is large. We lived in the main building and the rooms there are very spacious. The hotel also has its own large beach, on which there are many sun loungers that are arranged in pairs and at a decent distance from each other. I would like to mention separately the waiter Abdula and the bartender by the pool Jantikena, I highly recommend them. In the evenings, live piano music plays in the lobby near the bar in the main building. There are also two large swimming pools on the territory. There is an entertainment program in the evenings.

I do not understand the discontent of the vacationers, we are currently at the hotel. Of the 600 places, 112 vacationers, the staff is running around on their heels, happy to fulfill any whim.
