Many thanks to Nazar, who professionally advised us on all issues related to the manufacture and installation of the monument. Unlike other organizations (to which we have addressed), this company conducts a dialogue with people, offers various options for the stone, explains what the cost of the monument consists of. There is a price list available (for each item). Everything was fulfilled for us in accordance with the contract. The stone is of high quality, without cracks, good decoration of the portrait and inscription. The installation of the monument was delayed a bit, but it depended on weather conditions.

Very attentive approach and efficiency. We are simply delighted with the work of this company. We came here after an unsuccessful experience of ordering a monument from another organization. After so many nerves and missed months in another company, we were very worried about starting from scratch to communicate with the artist and other employees. But the tact, attentiveness and professionalism of all employees gave hope. The monument was made in the shortest possible time (we coordinated the sketch according to our wishes for a week and less than a week for production), which could not but please and kindly surprised. The most important thing I would like to note is that we were listened to and most importantly heard! All our requests were fulfilled, even the stupidest questions were answered. Special thanks to the artist Mikhail, Victoria and everyone involved in our, perhaps not the simplest order.

The contract was signed in March, by September 10, the monument was supposed to stand according to the contract, the installation was overdue for a month. My mother accepted the monument, inattentively signed the act of completed work, but when visiting the monument later noticed a number of shortcomings: the tombstone was chipped, silicone was smeared everywhere, when you knock on the tile, a dull sound is made, there is emptiness under the slab, the installation quality is disgusting. As an apology for the overdue installation, they said that decorative rubble would be poured, which eventually did not arrive on time, and a month later it was not poured. They also promise to eliminate the chip, but so far to no avail. Deception is everywhere
