Last month, I ordered a new band sawmill from Pan Limited for the first time, and I must note that working with this company exceeded all my expectations and I was incredibly satisfied with the level of service.
First of all, it is worth noting their efficiency and speed of delivery, they were able to fulfill my request in the shortest possible time. Two weeks after placing the order, the new equipment was delivered to me — it happened earlier than the agreed delivery time with the company, which pleasantly surprised me. As for the commissioning of the equipment, the company also surprised me with its punctuality. Two weeks later, Valentin called me with a suggestion that the master come to me.
That is why I can confidently recommend Pan Limited as a reliable and responsible supplier.
I would also like to thank the call center staff, in particular specialist Valentin, with whom I spoke on the phone. He was as polite, patient and competent as possible in answering all my questions. I felt like he was really interested in helping me and answering any questions that came up.

Last year, in the spring, we decided to purchase a laser engraving machine for the resource center of the educational institution "Kobrin State Polytechnic College", we reviewed a bunch of options, but there was not much money, so many offers did not fit the price. Thanks to PAN Limited, the guys advised and offered a machine (China) that met our requirements and the price is acceptable. When contacting us, we put everything on the shelves for all the questions asked. But what made me very happy was that, as a result, they brought the machine even better than it was originally presented in their offer, and the cost was almost 1.5 times cheaper than other competitors offered for such a model. The delivery and training on the machine went very quickly. The machine has been traveling all year to various competitions, and it is not idle in the resource center. There are no comments on the operation of the machine for 1.5 years. A representative of the company called, after a couple of months he was interested in whether the machine was working normally, maybe there were some problems. The poor quality of the equipment and the terrible attitude towards the customer after he paid. 2 years ago we bought machines - a month later one stopped working - turned to them - their man said call me in a month - I'm going on vacation. To my objections that this is a production and it cannot wait a month, I was offered to order operations for now, which the machine did in another company. Six months later, the engine burned out on aspiration - they also immediately sent it, they said it was your fault - threatened to sue - they barely managed to convince me to fix it under warranty. Now we bought another aspiration - the quality is terrible - the aspiration has not gathered everything is crooked - there is a factory defect, not all parts are included. I was also told - I don't know, we collected it at home, everything came together..... I do not recommend contacting them.

We purchased a high-cost woodworking machine from this company. From the very beginning of the journey, there were issues with this company, from delivery to transportation and commissioning, the machine came damaged, without pumps. In total, a month later, the employees of this office did not carry out commissioning work. The machine is idle! The company is indifferent to fulfilling its obligations. He is in no hurry to fix his mistakes and make adjustments, they do not respond to claims.
The worst service we've ever had to work with! Don't mess with me! A waste of money, nerves and time.

An extremely unprofessional team! They have not been able to start-up the machine for a month, they do not answer calls, there is no adjuster in the staff. The equipment is currently just standing there. I don't believe in any of the above reviews.
