Nice and cozy, lots of plants, birds, fish in the garden. Convenient open pavilion, sport and barbeque areas for rest. Hosts are very friendly.

A new hotel with excellent service and stylish design. Beautiful well-maintained territory, there is a barbecue area. The breakfast is varied, there is porridge, dairy products, pastries, a variety of fruits according to the season.

In the description, the place is sometimes positioned as a boutique hotel. In practice, it is more like a guest house. Actually, the sign at the entrance will read this.
Most of the issues are resolved through the owners, Evgeny and Alla. This has both advantages and disadvantages. The owners will kindly help, prompt, and orient you. In our case, we were somewhat unlucky - our reservation was forgotten. It is appropriate, just in case, to write in advance to the hotel and warn about arrival.
The rooms and grounds are very beautifully and tastefully decorated, nice to walk around. However, there were things that caught the eye: the lamp in the room was not lit, there were bottles used before us in the shower.
But, in many ways, the Charvak tour, which was organized by Eugene, gave us great emotions. It was very cool. She smoothed out the impression of settling in.
In general, the owners try to offer interesting options for staying in Tashkent. Judging by the reviews, it's not just limited to excursions.
In general, I recommend it! But I hope that the room service will be improved.
