We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and were very satisfied. Excellent location in the Karakoy area: just a 10-minute walk from Galata Tower and 5 minutes from Galata Port. Galata Port with its cafes, restaurants and shops is an ideal place for walking and enjoying the views of the Bosphorus.
The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortably furnished. Cleaning is carried out every two days, bed linen, towels and water are updated. The service is at the highest level – the staff is always ready to help, polite and attentive. I would especially like to thank Yusuf, who was very hospitable and always helped with any questions.
The breakfast is varied, with the possibility to choose from five items, including specialty sandwiches from simita or omelette with olives and cheese – everything is fresh and delicious.
Despite the three stars, the hotel offers excellent service that meets higher standards. We felt at home! I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort, good location and excellent value for money.
I advise every tourist to stay in this beautiful place!
About the hotel/room itself:
- everything is very clean, the room is cleaned, there is a hairdryer, there are no problems with hot water, the reception provided an iron at our request. The room is not large, but since the price is affordable and the location is perfect, they didn't even pay attention to this nuance.
- Breakfast (take it immediately with it, it's much more profitable), if you have already booked without breakfast, ask them to check in with them. There is a cafe downstairs where you can choose from an omelet with cheese, sandwiches, tea or coffee. Compared to the prices in other cafes, you will save a lot by choosing breakfast here.
- Yusuf works here, who knows Russian and will be able to help you with everything you need.
About the area:
- the location is simply unrealistically convenient, all the sights are within walking distance, the embankment is 5 minutes away, there is a grocery store nearby, very tasty street food (be sure to try balik ekmek and mussels with rice)
- there is a cafe nearby and a shop right inside the cafe where you can buy sweets for a gift and the famous Namli halva. Prices are cheaper than in the markets.
- there is a marina with ferries on the embankment, which is very convenient

What you liked:
It is very convenient that the hotel is managed by both Russian- and English-speaking staff. Yusuf was very endearing to himself, he told us about the hotel, the city and about excursions, in particular, along the Bosphorus by boat. 3 out of 7 days we had breakfast in hotels at a discount for residents! very tasty and pleasant. The hotel is very convenient from the point of view of logistics. There is a bus, tram and metro within a 10-minute distance. Both Sultanahmet Square and Dolmabahce Palace can be easily and quickly reached by motor transport. We will recommend it to friends and colleagues)
What didn't you like:
Of the minor disadvantages, we can note the noise outside the window. That could have prevented us only in the early days. You can also take earplugs with you, for those who are comfortable.
