They were determined to spend a much larger amount, BUT incompetent, non-customer-oriented consultants were alone in the store and had to beg for a bigger and smaller size, they were not at all interested in selling.

The store itself is good, I bought gifts for my wife here several times. There are from 5 to 7 female consultants working at the same time and they advise well. 4 stars, not 5, because there was a case when one of them consulted rudely and incorrectly! But that was a long time ago. Probably already fired!
