The master turned on the water, which was very hot, when she was washing her hair, and when I jerked, she also scolded me - I don't feel it in gloves, which is what you want. There was criminal news on TV right in my ear, and when I asked if I could turn it off, the master said "I'm listening," even though she wasn't interested in anything other than texting on her phone. And the receptionist, when she came to pay, chatted about personal matters and didn't even stop while she was counting. She left-neither goodbye, nor "come back again."
They will never even offer water, let alone tea and coffee. It's a strange customer-oriented approach.
