A great hotel in a very convenient location! Opposite the railway station, next to the bus station. There are also Ics there. Under the windows of McDonald's. The view from the window where the elevator is - the whole city.
We took a 2-bed room with an extra bed for a child. They brought a cot, but with a good mattress. We were satisfied. The mattresses on the beds are excellent. The room is warm in winter. The water is hot, the pressure is excellent. Very clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
They took it with breakfast. The buffet. The choice is quite large.
For example, oatmeal porridge, steamed vegetables, buckwheat porridge, pasta with minced meat. They have sausages and sausages. A large selection of sausage-cheese cuts. There are three types of cereal with milk or yogurt. Cucumbers - tomatoes, lettuce. Juices, tea, coffee. There are always fruits: apples, pears, oranges. Cookie. Jams, butter. In general, there is something to eat and feed the child!
A huge plus is that everyone speaks Russian. You can ask for advice, they will explain. They are friendly.
Great wifi!
You can leave your belongings in the luggage room before the train after departure. For free!
Next time we'll stop here!

The last floor has a view of the city.Good location near two train stations. But- in the evening there is no place to have a snack / there is a McDonald's nearby / alcohol is in the refrigerator at the reception. There is no drinking water in the room and there is a smell of synthetics in the hallway.

The rooms are not bad, there is no refrigerator, repairs are underway, but the side overlooking the old town is calm. It feels like the staff is at home, walking around in rumpled T-shirts, not really reacting to customers.
It is conveniently located near train stations and close to the old town.

The hotel is not expensive and convenient in order to stay for a day to continue the journey further. I was impressed by the panoramic views of the city from the lobby of the floor. Disappointed in the audibility of the walls. But the price pleases and it compensates for some disadvantages. And I am very disappointed with the receptionist in the lobby. There was a family in front of me who spoke a foreign language and the receptionist was polite and courteous. As soon as I started talking to him in Russian, he abruptly became gloomy and I felt disdain for my person. But I don't baptize children with him. Rating 3

A great hotel for "spending the night". 20 minutes by public transport from the airport. The room is small but cozy. Polite staff. There is a luggage storage room, which is very convenient. There was a very good breakfast in the morning.

Great hotel. There was a room on the 6th floor. The view is amazing!! Many sights are visible. No wonder they called
,, Panorama,,))Complete delight!!! The room was loft style. Everything is neat and modern. The staff is polite. The train station is within walking distance. Near the historical center. The view from the window is still nice to remember))

Well! For this money, everything is very sad. Old furniture, some plastered holes at the head of the bed. An old fan with a layer of age-old dust in the corner.. The same applies to the cleanliness of the room itself.. I would not like to be here again. Sadly.

Самое ценное, даже драгоценное в этом чудном отеле - его исключительное месторасположение. Редкий вид наземного транспорта проходит мимо, ведь "Панорама" находится прямо напротив железнодорожного вокзала. Проехать мимо нельзя, все - конечная. И начальная одновременно с тем. Троллейбусы, автобусы. Тут же междугородний автовокзал. Красота! Сам отель - удобный, комфортный. Стильный, что приятно радует - не кичливый, сдержанный и лаконичный, как сейчас принято говорить - функциональный максимально. Номера - большие, удобные, есть, где развернуться, с широкими кроватями и невероятно широкими окнами. Буквально распахнутыми в сторону исторического центра. Правда, не весь отель, только та его сторона, что противоположна вокзальной. И чем выше ваш номер вознесся над землей, тем больше и дальше вы можете увидеть

A wonderful hotel, beautiful views from the windows, the name is justified one hundred percent, the Old Town on the one hand and the train station on the other. It's expensive, of course, 65 euros, but it's worth it. The Gate of Dawn to the Old Town is about a kilometer away, 15 minutes on foot without hurrying. The rooms are beautiful, Art Nouveau style with avant-garde, the aunt at the reception speaks all languages of the world, everything is very benevolent, my applause.

5 звёзд персоналу!!!!! Настолько дружелюбные все и вежливые, что остальные минусы немного меркнут!
Очень маленький номер. Такое впечатление что разделили один пополам. Видно по стенке) холодильника нет,кондиционера тоже. Очень душно. Завтраки не входят в стоимость. Может цена всё таки и завышена исходя из этих минусов
Персонал просто сгладить это всё своей 10 бальной квалификацией!!!! Ещё удобное рассположение

There is no Conde, the window has sagged slightly open. Parking in front of the building (5m) for arriving tourist buses. And so you opened the window to escape from the heat and then the bus arrives- tyrrrrrr

Очень удобная локация, прямо напротив ЖД возкзала. Уютные номера, приветлиый персонал. Возможно за доплату согласовать ранний или поздний выезд. Недавно отремонтировали фасады. Нормальная гостиница за нормальные деньги

Отель очень удобен своим расположением. Завтрак неплохой, даже хороший. Большой поток жильцов, как конвейер. Минусы: нет кондиционеров, долгое заселение (заселяют с 15:00, мы прибыли в 14:40, заполнили анкету, в номер смогли попасть только в 15:50).

Трем звёздам вполне соответствует.
Из минусов - нет ни ресторана, ни кафе в самом отеле (Макдональдс рядом - так себе компенсация).
Из плюсов - троллейбусный круг и автостанция в пешеходной доступности.

Хороший отель "на переночевать". Шикарная локация -рядом ж/д и автовокзал. Очень хороший и разнообразный завтрак. Сейчас в отеле идет ремонт.
