Pros - the hotel is small, in a modern multi-storey building with a concierge (or security, I did not understand). There is a grocery store in the house, where everything you need is available. My room had a wide balcony with a view of Ararat. The room itself is spacious and leaves a pleasant impression. A very nice receptionist girl. I had a room with a private bathroom, but not in the room, but opposite. No one else used it, because the rest have a bathroom in the rooms. Water without interruptions, with good pressure, good flow. You can use a washing machine, clothes drying, iron and ironing board are freely available. There is a hairdryer, a kettle, and dishes in the room. There is a TV, but I didn't use it. Wi-Fi without complaints.
Cons - there are actually few of them and these are such small things. I think the administrator knows about these little things, they are easily removable, so I put 5 stars in advance. What I personally did not like and does not depend on the administration is the bathroom outside the room - it bothered me a little. Ararat is not always visible, I have seen it only twice in 8 days.
What's next - nearby on Baghramyan Avenue, 49/2 in "Kraki Mot" there is fresh, tasty and inexpensive shawarma, kebabs, grilled vegetables. I bought it instead of dinner - I recommend it. 79 A Baghramyan Avenue has a CAC supermarket with a currency exchange point and an eye-pleasing assortment of products. It is near the Druzhba metro station. The metro fare is 100 AMD.
