A three-storey entertainment venue in the very center of Lugansk. Anyone who likes such things will definitely appreciate it. I put 4 stars, because when the party is higher on the floors than the restaurant, then the guys are tipsy, we just go out to chat, but you don't want to communicate with them, and there is no security as such.
