I got there by mistake, I looked at the hotel on booking, the reviews are good, the sea is 850 meters away. That's a complete lie! Naama Bay is a 30-minute walk away, there is no access to the sea. All beaches are private. They take you by bus to the old town. The hotel is closer to the mountains, it was on New Year's Eve, if the sun went behind a cloud, you can immediately put on a jacket, it's much warmer in naama. The breakfasts were monotonous, lunch and dinner were not bad, I was not hungry. The animators are crooks, trying to get everyone to go to a nightclub. The territory is small, there is not much place to walk. I couldn't shake the dinner)
There is a water park. Judging by the reviews, repairs were carried out in March 2024. They counted on him very much, but the repair consisted in the fact that the seams on the slides were roughly covered with sealant, which made it impossible to ride. My son (12 years old) skated once – he scratched his legs. The story of the water park ended there)
Food – we were not hungry. Breakfast: there was always rice porridge, pastries, fried omelets, pancakes. Yoghurts, sausages, cheeses, vegetables.. Lunch 1 type of soup, 1-2 types of meat, sometimes fish, side dishes, vegetables. Dinner – 2 types of meat, fish, side dishes, vegetables. From fruits: melon, watermelon, oranges, dates. A cook is always assigned to the distribution of confectionery and meat and applied it very dosed . It's just that sometimes I had to come up 2 times. I took the food out of the dining room carefully – there were no questions.
There are plenty of drinks in bars.
The staff at the reception are very adequate guys (Egyptians David and Cyrus), during the rest period they helped with any issue! .
Room- Upon check–in, I paid 20 bucks for a 3-bed room with a view of the pool (let me remind you that I was vacationing alone with my son) - I got a huge bed). Air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV are working. But the room is very tired!
Entertainment – animators, as it were, are there, but they are already being paid.. Why should they work?! They loiter around all day, pester vacationers to chat – that's all.
There is free table tennis (near the pool bar) and billiards (in the lobby bar).
Wi-Fi is only available at the reception and in the lobby bar.
There is a massage room on site. 10 dollars- 40 minutes. Massage therapists Karam and Amira. They have slightly different techniques. They try for the first time, but then they start to get lazy.. We need to cheer them up.
At 8 p.m., the bus takes you to Naama (to the main street) for free. Back at 11.
We walked from the hotel to the pharmacy and shop (with an active step), min. 15 to El Salam Street. On this street to the left, min. 10 will be the State. The pharmacy (prices are 2-3 times lower than Russian ones) has a Russian-speaking dock. Ahmed. Behind the pharmacy - Mango market - I recommend frozen natural juices (one and a half dollars per liter).
The beach bus takes you 4 times a day for free to 2 beaches and back (8 km). The beach is sandy, like in Hurghada (there are no corals and fish!).
But there are options (though for a fee): in Naama there is a Jazz beach (a dollar from the nose). You have to go as far to the left as possible for the fish (I read about it, but I wasn't there myself). Or go to Shark Bay Sharks Bay (the road is 5 dollars. One way and entrance to the beach is $ 5 per adult). We only went here (15 min). (once they did not have a change from a large sum – they rested for free) – Very beautiful corals, fish! There is no mask rental!
I took a taxi (my name is Mansur) only at the hotel. Perhaps, if you search, you can find it cheaper.
The hotel's guests are mostly Egyptians! (This is the first time I've encountered...) People are different, of course, but mostly like primitive people… I had to put up with it) .
Russians, Belarusians and Ukrainians – 2-3 families each.
In general, there were no poisonings, falls, scandals. The rest for this money is normal. Would you go again? – only a big company. Together, no! still, you need to choose 1 line.

The hotel is located on a hill in the desert, there is nothing around, no civilization. You can only get to the city by taxi. Keep this in mind when planning a vacation at this hotel.Egyptians are quiet, non-drinkers, but dirty, they can throw a cup right on their own room terrace. The cleaning in the room, as in the whole hotel, is disgusting, they do not strain themselves. In general, it is boring, there is no animation, no darts, no aqua aerobics, no yoga. There is no alcohol in the bar, since Arabs do not drink, we were offered beer on tap, my husband was poisoned, God knows how long it stood there in a keg in the heat of 45 degrees. I also didn't like the moment when the canteen was on the meat distribution, the Arabs climb without waiting in line and the cook who gives out portions encourages this by putting them first, pretending that you are not there, that you are an empty place. I endured it for a couple of days, then I began to brazenly resent in Russian: Oh, I'm standing here too, don't you see? "The Arabs think that we are silent, against the background, of course, of their barking conversation, but no, I can also open my mouth. The chefs have become more respectful. The pool is clean. The sea is beautiful. It's a long way to go, we were in July, this is another quest.

I had the misfortune to be present from 16.03. to 21.03.24 room 2140. The hotel does not correspond to 4*. If necessary, I took a very quick choice on the photo, without delving into the reviews. The location is in the desert, there is nothing nearby, not even a pharmacy. To get to any infrastructure, you need to take a taxi for 1-2 dollars, or a hotel bus that takes you 2 times in the morning to the beach, 1 time after lunch. You also need to have the courage to go to the beach to search for retail outlets, without having the Internet and being afraid of getting lost. The layout of the building itself is completely stupid, the building wraps around the pool (not heated), having no direct exits to it. There are views only of the pool and the technical buildings (the hotel's doorway). Nutrition is a separate problem - There is no choice either you eat chicken with rice or chicken with boiled pasta. Nobody touches the incomprehensible mess of vegetables and beans. Of the fruits, only sliced apples, dates and oranges soaked in water, and then not at the same time. There is only 1 type of meat to choose from at a time. The renovation of the hotel began on 03/18.24, about which there were no warnings and apologies. In my wing, putty and painting work was carried out with the construction of trestles and all the appropriate furnishings, stench and dirt. Straining into the restaurant, it was discovered that the entrance was completely torn apart. The tiles are dismantled, dirt and sand. and the sun can easily be tripped and broken legs and not only. I immediately went to complain to the reception, to which I received a rude answer that my room was not being renovated-like shut your mouth and leave! Several people with various limb injuries were resting at the hotel at the same time. I can assume that this is the fault of the hotel. There is an Internet connection only in the lobby of the hotel. This place is especially unpleasant-old tattered sofas, cramped red-brown furniture and very dim light - it is impossible to stay. The speed of societies. the Internet is very weak and it works every other day. The rest of the days I had to sit constantly in this lobby, catching the Internet in order to meet with my guide, write official complaints and letters to ANEX tour so that I could be moved to another hotel. Ie, I could not go to the beach or to the city because I was tied to solving problems with my move. 03/21/2013 I finally, I managed to leave this unfortunate place and move with an additional payment to 1 line, to the center of Naama Bay until the end of my scheduled rest on 03/27.24, which I was infinitely glad of. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Panorama Hotel to ANYONE because it corresponds only to 2*. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't waste money and precious time.

Upon check-in, we were asked for a nice room, we were accommodated in a great family room with one large bed and one single.
(We arrived with a child under one year old, the bed was eventually combined, it turned out to be just a huge crib)))
Someone writes that they say they were bred for money upon check-in. Well, guys, relax, this is a common practice, you tip from 10 dollars and they put you in a nice room.
There are rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.
There are 2 balconies, and on the 1st there is just an outdoor terrace. But it is well done that in front of the terrace there are bushes that close off the pool area.
There is a view of the pool and the... I don't know, there's sand on the other side and someone says it's a construction site. I didn't check it.
The pool view is better, but it's noisier here.

And also - in February 2023, one of the buildings was repaired. That is, as if half of the hotel was working, and on the contrary, the other half was at a construction site.
It was very noisy at times, they were tearing down the walls there. But sometimes there were just sounds of repairs.) It's lucky that the child will even fall asleep under the puncher during daytime dreams.
Of course, there is also an air conditioner. But I'm not a fan of using it all the time.

Everything is fine with the food.
For breakfast there are a lot of pastries, vegetables, porridges, sausages, omelets and waffles.
Hot for lunch and dinner, soup, etc.
Meat lovers will have enough of everything.
Dessert lovers won't have it so sweet. The main dessert is a biscuit of different colors, plus some fruits. There are days of local cuisine and local desserts like baklava are served.
Tea bags, diluted juice, but you can ask for freshly squeezed for a dollar.
3) Swimming pool
It is not heated. But already in March it was possible to swim for a short time.
There is a children's pool.
And there is also a children's water park.

There are two beaches near the hotel, which are taken by bus.

On the first day, we lost the room key, went to the reception and had to pay a fine, but 5 days later an employee came up and returned the money because someone found the key, thank him very much for his honesty! The food is very good, I liked the kitchen in general, the animation is very active. It takes 30-40 minutes to walk to the sea.

Now from what they didn't like: This is a transfer to the sea by a free bus. You need to make an appointment in advance, or rather a day in advance, you come to record in the morning, it's still early! There are no more places in the evening! But what surprised me the most was when the bus did not take passengers without an appointment and left half-empty!!! Constantly swearing about it. Moreover, it seems that this is the desire of the driver not to take passengers without recording when there are seats, since in the presence of the reception staff, everything was perfectly solved!
There is practically no Internet connection.
And the second point: not all the rooms have normal hot water, somewhere barely warm. But people were moved to rooms with hot water, so this is solvable.

I even wrote to the travel agency that the hotel is terrible and I want to change it. We came at around 9 a.m., someone senior and a manager who knows Russian well, everything was decided, the number really only satisfied me with the third, but everything was calm and without problems, and most importantly without any money. They even gave me breakfast. I left my things and went to the sea-and the fairy tale began. It's not very close to go because of the long U-turn, but when you meet the sea, you forget about everything completely!!! A fairy tale!!!! Warm, affectionate, clean...awesome.we need to hurry up behind the beds on the first line, they quickly disassemble, especially the shade, because the beach is rented, then there are not only people from our hotel. I'll go back to the hotel. The room is large, relatively clean, everything worked, the hallway is not the noisiest. The only thing if someone likes silence, it is better to take a room on the other side, and not on the pool, where music booms all day and until 11 pm. But nevertheless, I fell asleep to the purring-purring of the TV.
