Nice complex, high ceilings, nice view from the window. Of the minuses, I would note a small playground for children, the lack of a Face ID access system, the houses are located very close to each other.
Pros, all the shops, shops are located under the house.

Business class residential complex - that says it all. Clean entrances, fenced courtyard area, almost zero audibility in the apartment, the presence of many minimarkets / cafes right in the residential complex. The only thing that is frustrating is the lack of a large supermarket like Magnum or Small within walking distance from the LCD. This greatly complicates the issue of buying food.

With knowledge of modern architecture and infrastructure: cozy entrances, a good layout of the apartment with large Windows, convenient underground Parking and, most importantly, a very convenient and safe courtyard for all residents - children, vacationers and athletes. A good neighborhood with all kinds of shops, schools, cafes nearby (and a gas station around the corner)...

A new, beautiful, modern LCD. The location is very good, close to the Botanical Garden and Mega Silkway.
The prices for the squares are appropriate.
Unfortunately, when building up neighborhoods with high-rise buildings, they forget about schools and kindergartens.
There are two schools in this area that have been overcrowded for three 3 years, and there are no kindergartens at all.
