The boarding house is located on the seashore, the rooms and corridors have been renovated. Our room overlooked the sea-very beautiful. Beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool. These are all advantages. Now the cons: the dining room was never served on time. A very cramped hall of ready meals. It is impossible to separate from other vacationers. There is absolutely no variety. Salads with mayonnaise from already stale products were often served. The toilet, which is located next to the dining room, cannot be entered because of the disgusting ambergris. It seems that it is cleaned once a week. In general, not bad, but next time we will look for another place to relax.

The Gagra Hotel is located on the very first line. Literally 5 minutes and you're on the beach) All rooms have a balcony, shower and toilet are all in the room. Clean and spacious) There is no dining room in the hotel itself, but there are many places within walking distance where you can have a good meal and relax. The hotel itself is located near the colonnade of the most beautiful place in old Gagra. I really like the area of old Gagra, it's not very crowded there, the beach is huge. The only point is there are very few shops nearby)) Few but there are, so that's not a problem either. I advise everyone!))

As a result, the receptionist talked to us, who solved our problem, although we had to stay in another room, without a balcony (then we realized that the balcony was cool, but it was so hot outside, then you can sit there only in the evening, and so you can go outside on a bench in the park to sit). We were given a discount for the inconvenience. All this mess is due to the fact that the aperator - Donskoy Island is not always responsible for its actions and, as we understand, does not give a 100% guarantee. This operator still has a lot of work to do on the service. In general, the hotel is good, they were fed to the slaughter, the menu is varied, buffet. The rooms are renovated, everything is new. The surrounding area is surrounded by greenery and palm trees. Your own beach. Parking is available but small. There is a swimming pool, a restaurant.

This is an amateur boarding house :-) We are amateurs. We went for the second year in a row. We choose large rooms. This time the room is a studio. As I understand it, there are rooms for every taste and prosperity. One of the advantages is a good Cleaning in the room, an unreal view, the location and the room for you, they also say you can drink water from the tap (we didn't take the risk, but they warmed it in the kettle). The sanatorium has been renovated to a minimum, that is, only in the rooms, in the rest of the room as in the Soviet Union (this has its own charm), on the ground floor you can smoke a hookah, buy wine and carbonated drinks. The ideal location is close to the beach behind the colonnade and the park. It is very beautiful, few people, not cheap, there is a place to walk, but most likely you will not avoid intestinal disorders :-)

A good boarding house, the atmosphere has remained since Soviet times, as if it had fallen into the past, while the rooms are well renovated. We took a suite with a large bed and a sofa, there is a kitchen with a refrigerator and a kettle, a shower room with a toilet. Panoramic Windows + a large balcony with a sofa and a coffee table. Across the street is the seaside park and the sea, next door is the Gagripsh restaurant. The Prince of Oldenburg Castle and St. Hypatius Church are 10 minutes away.

We had a rest in Gagra, stayed at the villa, the receptionist Fatima met us, told us everything, our room was not ready to move in because we arrived at 6 am, but they even gave us a towel and a shower for the waiting time.
She helped with ordering a taxi and told me about the food delivery. In general, a golden man, a young girl can solve all the questions that arise! Gulya also did a great job, good room cleaning, everything is in frequency and order, as well as all the points, for example glasses or extra towels, helped us to do everything, they also showed us how to get to the villa. The room was great, and the interior was in our villa.

The room is booked by early booking. They should go from October 15 to October 20, 2023.I decided to clarify what and how. The phone numbers indicated in the voucher and in the sent documents are not answered. The number listed as for WhatsApp is not registered there at all. The payment was made through Nirvana LLC. It looks like we got caught by scammers in collusion with the boarding house. I do not recommend it!!!!!!

Good afternoon. We had a vacation with my husband in July 2021 at the Gagra sanatorium.
The territory is well maintained, lots of greenery and flowers.
The room has been renovated.
The staff is very responsive. Special greetings to the girls at the reception.
There are enough procedures for the summer period. I even had to give up something. Don't miss the beach. The Council: do not give up ultrasound. Very high quality and thorough. Full information about the condition (I have an abdominal cavity. You can do anything that is particularly disturbing).
I would like to say particularly kind words to Tamara Maximilianovna. She held interesting themed evenings. We were able to sing. and dance.

We rested at the boarding house in September in the Standard room room 17. In general, the boarding house is good, repairs are being made, the bathroom has been renovated, the plumbing is new. The room has a refrigerator and a TV. True, there was no water on the day of arrival, but the staff of the boarding house brought water in cans, even hot.

The rest time is October 2019. I liked everything, the treatment for the military sanatorium is at a good level, excellent massage therapists, sauna. I lowered my rating for a very remote location - a bus takes you to the sea, but the schedule is not very convenient, I often climbed on foot, and this is the Sami top of the mountain, so people with serious musculoskeletal disorders are tied to the bus, and if they did not have time because of the procedures, then that's it, they stayed on the territory. Entertainment is minimal, the area is pretty, but everything is on the mountains. The beach is urban, sun beds are available for a fee. The sea was clear. The staff is all friendly, helpful, cleaning for five. The room stock is of a hotel type, everything is new, including plumbing. In general, everything is not bad, but sooooo high. Those who could not walk, traveled by taxi, 100 rubles. The location is the old part, the administration.

For fans of cheap quests. We were able to stay in this hotel for exactly one day. To begin with, there was no one at the reception desk, but these are, of course, small things. Number.... I believe burn and forget. The doors to the rooms look like they've been chewed through by dogs, just torn pieces of dermantine hanging. The door handle is rusty, Ilyich's light bulb is hanging in the corridor, which does not shine, the door handles are broken off from the cabinets and the video says that this happened a thousand years ago. My child scratched his feet in blood because screws were sticking out of the bed on both sides. And the underwear!!! It just stinks of homeless people, the sheets are full of holes. I slept all night with my nose buried in my hand so as not to suffocate from this stench. They don't feed at the hotel, they send them to the nearest cafe. You go there, and there's no one there... People are sitting with sad faces and waiting for the staff. There are puddles on the tables and chairs after the rain, but no one wipes them... There is not a single moment for which you could put a +. Shame on you! To have such resources and treat your guests so beastly. Total devastation.
