THE DISGUSTING ATTITUDE TOWARDS BELARUSIANS IN THIS HOTEL! We rested at this hotel - "Krakow" in the Iron Port from 07/23/18-08/02/18. We were accused of missing a glass from our room. The receptionist (a tall blonde with short hair) was raising her voice to find out the disappearance of the glass. We explained that we only had one glass and two mugs, to which she replied that last time they were, I quote: Your Belarusians threw plastic forks and said that it was so. Then she brought a statement in which we signed when we checked into the room, all the inventory was listed there. I shook her in front of her nose and repeated in a rude tone several times, "Your signature? Two glasses are indicated here and now these are your problems." The signature is ours, but we did not count the glasses, mugs, spoons and forks (this is the first time we have encountered such an absurdity). We said that we would write a negative review on this occasion, to which she said that they didn't care that they didn't have a website and they had thousands of people like us, and she also threatened that she would close the gates and not let us out anywhere. Then the male receptionist came, we asked to be shown the price list with the price of this unfortunate glass, since it was useless to prove that we did not steal it, and it did not exist initially. Apparently, he did not like that we asked for a price list with the price in order to adequately assess the cost of a glass and pay for what we did not have, he replied that he would now call the police and they would figure everything out and went to call. We contacted our tour company, who advised us to pay for this glass and not contact them. Since we had spent all the hryvnia, we had to pay in dollars. THE PRICE OF A GLASS IS 20 HRYVNIA!!! We were just shocked by everything that was happening, we had never seen such bitterness anywhere else. Dear Belarusians, be in solidarity, do not come to this hotel, they do not clean the rooms there, they had to, and in general it is better to relax in Europe for this money, where they know what the word "Service" means and sincerely smile, rather than find out the fate of a glass worth half a dollar. Let's respect ourselves) And, by the way, there are also new hotels where 3 meals a day are included for the same money.
