They highly recommended this place to us and really did not lose! Authentic atmosphere, delicious food. The only drawback is the popularity of this place, we need to book everything in advance, but we got there without reservation. Having informed us from the doorstep that there is a table for 1 hour, then everything is booked, they managed to feed us 8 and get us drunk a little during this hour. Everything is delicious, fast and very satisfying. I can definitely recommend this institution.
The food is very tasty. The name matches, the pancakes are gorgeous! It is better to book a place in advance, there are always a lot of guests.
Atmospheric and soulful. There are several tables outside.
A good option for tasting Little Russian cuisine.
A good selection of snacks and hot ones.
Cheeky service, but it all depends on your connivance in this regard.
It's great to sit and drink vodka after a cold walk
A great place, the pancakes are wonderful, delicious, crispy. The lunch menu is good: there is real red fish in the fish soup, fish cutlets are also made from real fish (we were surprised, we thought it was just a canteen). The shingles are a hundred times better than in steamed Cornflowers, and the portion is large.
Pansky dranik is a popular cafe in a picturesque place in Minsk, near the city center. Quite unexpectedly, you find yourself in the old town area with narrow streets and two-story houses. The cafe itself is located in the basement, where you are greeted as dear guests and will always find a place, even if all the tables are occupied. The cuisine is traditionally Belarusian, with elements of Polish influence. Very tasty, very large portions. You need to wait a little bit, but this is not critical, because for a very hungry client there is a pyramid of dryers on the table. I recommend.
Perhaps the most delicious pancakes from all the vaunted restaurants were tasted here.
on a weekday there were quite a lot of people, I had to wait about 20 minutes
, the food was brought quite quickly, the portions are good, everything is very tasty, homemade
however, the tinctures here are mega-strong, and apart from the taste of alcohol, nothing is felt in the main.
An authentic restaurant of national Belarusian cuisine. The interior, the waiters' clothes, the service, the cooking speed - by 5. The portions are huge and everything is delicious.
I have rested many times, the place is wonderful. But on 30.03.2024 we went to eat with the children, ordered borscht as usual. A friend took a pickle. They brought borscht instead of sour cream separately, there was a mass floating in it , clearly squeezed out of the package like mayonnaise. Asking the question is that they said sour cream, but it does not dissolve because of the hot soup, they say. This is ridiculous, mayonnaise may not dissolve, but sour cream ... After trying it, I realized that this is some kind of fat that has neither sour cream sourness nor creamy taste, I clarified once again, to which I received the answer no, they did not confuse. I asked a friend to try what was added to his hodgepodge, it tasted like sour cream. And after stirring it, it immediately dissolved. I have already strongly pointed out to them that it is not sour cream that floats in borscht , but like mayonnaise in chunks without dissolving. They decided to replace it. But they brought the same thing again, immediately adding it to the soup. And again, the taste is fatty and does not dissolve, floating in lumps on top. I'm not a restaurant critic, but it's a game to do that!! Moreover, having shown them that sour cream has dissolved in the hodgepodge and is in couscous, and. It does not dissolve in borscht, they left with a dissatisfied face. He refused and went with his daughter to eat somewhere else. the bill was brought for payment along with the borscht that was not eaten!
A very pleasant entourage. But the modern pop music playing in the background didn't quite fit in. But this is a small thing. The staff is friendly and courteous. The food is delicious. The next time I come to Minsk, I will definitely drop by here)
It is the one on Rakovskaya street, a cool place with national Belarusian cuisine. Large portions, moderately fatty (just like traditional cuisine))). The service is excellent and there is a strong atmosphere of national presentation with interesting ideas and small touches. Feeling the full picture of "those times"
Price/tasty/satisfying ratio - solid rating A))))
A good place to bring a foreigner who requires "local traditional cuisine"
It is necessary to take into account the problems with parking on weekdays
"Pansky dranik" is out of competition, tastier, better, more interesting and the girls are just smart... The menu is extensive, the liqueurs are delicious, the atmosphere and friendliness are on the level....
A great place to sit together and company. The first sign of this is that it is difficult to get here without armor. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table to be available.
We had dinner outside, and when I went down to the cafe itself, I realized why everything was busy!
There was a company at each table, and they had some unimaginable amount of food on the table.
That is, almost a whole piglet, pieces of meat, rustic potatoes and excellent beer.
Our portions were also not small and everything was satisfying and delicious.
In general, you have understood where you need to go if you want to sit all evening over a mug of foam in good company and good food.
It's just a great place. I really liked it here. The atmosphere is just chic, I can't describe it properly. It's clean here.
The food is generally very tasty. The only thing that can be emphasized separately is the huge portions. Calculate your strength, look at the menu carefully. We took a chicken pachastunak, as a result, one portion went out for the whole family to satiety.
The waiters are very nice, very, very kind and warm! I want to come back again, that's for sure
A very pleasant small restaurant of Belarusian and Polish cuisine. The prices are reasonable and the dishes are great! Everything is very tasty! The interior is decorated in a very original way :)
An atmospheric place. Delicious food, beautiful interior. The menu is varied and with pictures. The prices are reasonable. The only thing is that there are not very many seats, I had to wait for a table to be available.
I can't say that I'm thrilled. I ordered my favorite Caesar salad with a friend. There was a caesar salad with salmon. But we chose the usual one. When they started eating. We understand that there is a taste of fish. And somehow it was not pleasant. To which we were answered. This is anchovy dressing. In that case. Probably I should warn you. And the pancakes are not the most delicious that we ate. Although they were counting on this particular dish. The room is very small. We arrived at lunchtime. There was no discount on the menu. I also consider it a minus. We will not go to this place anymore. Alas.
One of the places where you can try Belarusian cuisine. The Rakovskoe suburb, where the cafe is located, is a small corner of post-war Minsk. It is interesting to walk here, and the Pansky drannik is a great place to relax and eat. The menu is slightly different from similar places. They cook here quickly and tasty. Prices don't bite.
13.02.2024
We passed by in search of delicious food.
A beautiful cozy place with a mature style, even the waitresses are dressed in a folk way.
A pleasant menu with low prices, hearty portions.
We ate our fill of soup. Borscht costs 9 Belarusian rubles, with lard on bread and garlic 2 rubles. Incredibly delicious tortillas with cheese, which go well with a frying pan. There is a lot of meat in the soup, whole pieces of sausages, aggressively. The bird with vegetables turned out to be light and satisfying. There were only two for seven, four more, and I saw one table for two. The hall is clean, there is no loud music. A large selection of menus.
The best in Minsk after the poppy in front of the railway station, I definitely advise and rate it 10 out of 10
A cozy and atmospheric cafe. Varied menu, huge portions))), friendly staff. It is clear that this is the national cuisine....but everything is very fatty and high in calories.
We lived in the wonderful Gubernsky Hotel around the corner. We went here for lunch.
I liked everything: the name, the surroundings, the opportunity to sit outside, the menu, prices, service.
I recommend borscht and draniki.
A great place, authenticity, national flavor, and most importantly, the quality of the dishes, it is almost perfect, the price is very loyal, the portions inspire confidence! I am not afraid to advise you to visit this institution!
For the first time in Belarus. I went to have breakfast at this place because it was on the way. It was 11:00 and already "sucked in the pit of my stomach."
I ordered some pancakes for myself... everything was delicious, but the incredibly loud music overshadowed the breakfast. At the same time, the volume was periodically increased.
Dear hosts and staff!
Believe me- the client often does not want to listen to "dlbisurround" during breakfast!
If you really want to have fun, then it should be a lounge and decibels should not "blow up" the heads and eardrums of visitors in any way.
I hope you will properly evaluate this and review the musical accompaniment.
Thank you for the hospitality.❤
We were lucky that a table was available, keep in mind that the place is in demand and it is difficult to get in without pre-ordering. The kitchen is super, everything is very tasty, large portions are priced like in a restaurant. The staff is attentive and the surroundings in the establishment are impressive. I recommend this place to everyone.
A cozy place, good service, polite waitress girls, cooked everything quickly according to the order and very tasty. This is not the first time in this institution, we always come in when in Minsk. Thank you.
Pleasant service, high traffic. It is advisable to book a table in advance. You can order a takeaway. They cook well. They are conveniently located. Parking is paid. We finished the dranik in St. Petersburg)
A magnificent, atmospheric and very tasty place. We arrived in Minsk for 3 days. We found this place on the map by chance and did not lose it! It is cheap, tasty and few people here (even on Friday evening they found a place without booking). They cook themselves and you can feel it. The staff is very friendly.
We dined here all 3 evenings and did not regret it at all)
Below we wrote about the long wait and about the kitchen closing early - I don't know, we didn't see any of this.
We came to Minsk with a large company, to relax and have a delicious meal. The choice fell on the cafe "Pansky dranik". As a result: they found a cockroach on the table (alive with a mustache). Caesar was ordered with salmon, brought with chicken, asked to be replaced, brought with salmon and chicken. Mors bolchdny is a syrup with water. Alcohol (tinctures) do not correspond to the declared bright tastes. When smoking outside, it smells like cigarettes in the room. One star was awarded for the hospitality and kindness of the waitresses.
Delicious and very satisfying food. The portions are large! All with fervor and with heat! The service is just fire! I recommend you to try delicious Belarusian and Polish cuisine
My favorite cafe in Minsk. We visited it twice in 3 days of stay. Everything is very tasty, fresh, gorgeous borscht, delicious beer. Cozy atmosphere and fast friendly service, as well as low prices! Thanks! If we return to Minsk, first of all to you!
We really wanted to eat at this place. But, alas... there was almost a full landing in the cafe, one large table was free, at which we could be seated, but they warned that other guests would be seated. My husband and I, of course, were not satisfied with this, we did not come to the dining room. Literally, two tables were vacated with us, but they refused to put us there, because after an hour there were three reservations, and we were offered to sit down only for an hour. But, when visiting such establishments, as a rule, they rest for a couple of hours at least. This proposal was not just incorrect, but tactless. We didn't come to the food court for a quick snack. And when asked that "you will also be kicked out of other tables," they said that other tables had also been warned.
As a result, we left hungry, very upset and, perhaps, we will no longer go to the courtyard of the institution about visiting the city of Minsk. The waiters were not interested in serving us in any way, offering absurd options.
I wanted to taste pancakes and delicious Belarusian cuisine with my family. They chose the menu and reviews for the bright pictures, but everything was confirmed, they did not regret it. Draniki with a tongue is the highest score. I was especially pleased with the tinctures. Excellent raw materials, mild taste, saturation at the level (I tried it in different places and countries for taste - there is something to compare it with). Tinctures are top, you should definitely try them. From my favorite - horseradish, aniseed and pervak.
We visited the restaurant in August 2024, the location is convenient, the interior is simple. We went in the evening without preliminary reservation of the table, but we found a place, although the waiter initially refused. We took a hodgepodge, pancakes with meat and the main dish "pansky dranik". I want to warn you that you can easily order it for two, because the portion is too big for a woman! The price corresponds to the size. The meat filling inside is so-so, I expected it to be more interesting, especially considering that the chefs make it many times a day. The solyanka and the simple pancakes themselves were delicious. I wouldn't go to this place a second time. The prices are decent, not cheap.
The story is about how I wanted to eat real pancakes in Minsk. This institution was chosen through a deeply scientific poke.
Literally on the threshold you bump into "authenticity", which in fact is a banal lack of repair. Authenticity is when it looks shabby, but the plaster does not fall off. It was falling off near our table in the corner.
The waiter did not meet, you had to go to him behind the counter. There is only one air conditioner for the entire room and it is very stuffy in summer.
Sticky tables, which, to the credit of the staff, are still wiped, also did not add pleasant impressions. The staff themselves are sad and tired, if you are waiting for service, then do not wait. They threw us a slightly irritated "sit down" and didn't even say goodbye.
And all this can be forgiven if the food turns out to be delicious in the end. But even here it passes by.
We ordered pancakes with mushrooms, pancakes with machanka and sorcerers. Those two pancakes that were served with mushrooms tasted with sour milk sourness, as if pancakes were cooked on kefir, and the mushrooms were very strongly salted, almost on the verge of over-salting. But the mushrooms themselves are delicious and fragrant. Draniki with machanka looked like ordinary pancakes, and in machanka there was only chicken meat and one type of sausage, it was thickened not by long stewing, but by flour, which made it look more like a mediocre beef stroganoff from the school cafeteria. The wizards weren't much better, but they also had a lot of flour in them and looked more like a pancake.
In general, I would not believe the rave reviews, I would not expect miracles from the place. As for the prices, I can't say anything. In general, they seem to be low, but with such an assessment, you expect more. At least some delicious pancakes in a place called "dranik"
Delicious food, a high-calorie place, and what else do you need?
Of course we ordered draniki))) everything was very tasty. If you want to try Belarusian cuisine and enjoy the local surroundings, then you can safely go here.
A very good restaurant. Everything is at home. The main thing is to book a table for the evening at least a day in advance. There is always a place during the day. Local cuisine, delicious fruit drinks and tinctures. My son liked the strudel.
We really liked it! We went to a nearby restaurant (RB), but decided to turn here. The service (we were sitting outside, it was not comfortable for me downstairs, it was cold) was mega-fast, although there were a lot of visitors. The portions are very large, and some are simply huge (look carefully at the weight of the dishes, this is important).I will not write recommendations on dishes-everything is delicious! I recommend that you take tea with thyme and juniper in the end.In general, I highly recommend it, we returned the next day for another lunch. On our next visit to Minsk (it's an annual one), we won't even think about where to have lunch-right here.
It was our first time in Minsk and Belarus in general, we really wanted to taste the local cuisine, and the choice fell on the "Pansky Dranik".
The hall is pleasant, dimmed light, cozy, nothing bothers the eye.
In the evening, I had to wait a little while until a table was available.
Draniki, sorcerers, tar-tar - everything was delicious, the portions were huge (barely got out from behind the table), the serving was fast, despite the full hall of guests.
A very cozy and sincere place where you can heartily eat local Belarusian cuisine.
We were satisfied!!! The child was delighted)))
Excellent design, you get into the atmosphere of local life😀
The food is beyond praise!
A huge selection of pancakes, the fat is delicious!
A large selection of tinctures and of course local beer!
I recommend visiting, but only book a table in advance
Very tasty. The service is excellent, the waiters are friendly and friendly. They told the child how to prepare a cutlet and mashed potatoes for him. They always reacted quickly. The atmosphere is great! It's better to book, we waited 10 minutes for a table, then everything was booked. But it's worth it!
Great place! The food is delicious, inexpensive. They let me in with the dog, the staff is polite, the menu is very extensive, I wanted to try everything) The pancakes are great! I recommend it!
The interior of the hut is very authentic. The dishes are huge, very tasty. We took borscht and pancakes with grilled tongue. You'll lick your fingers. The prices are quite adequate.
They cook very well .The service is excellent. The staff is very polite and competent. The portions are large, but you always really want to repeat the order.Very interesting interior and furnishings. My friends from Vilnius really liked the service and the cuisine, the food and the service.I want to wish prosperity to this restaurant.More customers.
Excellent Belarusian cuisine at fairly affordable prices. The atmosphere is authentic, the staff is friendly and competent. The food is excellent, the soups are wonderful (flasks, zhurek - super!), the pancakes are quite decent, the lard is also not bad. The only drawback is that the local tinctures are so-so...
Friends, we must definitely go.
The divine taste of familiar dishes.
Pancakes with cottage cheese at breakfast - I haven't eaten tastier since childhood!
And I highly recommend the soup Flakes!
The place deserves its 5 stars. Very tasty food, large portions, quickly prepared and quickly brought. The staff is pleasant, you can safely ask how much food to order - they will determine by eye whether you will eat it or not :)
And most importantly, an unusual set of dishes in my opinion. I wanted to try almost all the menus, and I liked what I ordered. Super! I recommend it)
It is very cozy and homely. The kitchen is super, everything is very fresh and delicious. I will not recommend it, I am afraid that I will not get there myself later. Everything is very cool.
It's a great place, you can eat delicious Belarusian and Polish dishes, there are very large pancakes with different fillings, there are a lot of them in one, but it's so delicious...
It is better not to write reviews about such places, but to tell your close friends in a whisper! Because people will find out about this lovely restaurant and will rush in, take all the tables, and you will wait a long time for your turn. Well, seriously, we are absolutely delighted with the "Pansky dranik"! The guide with whom we traveled around Minsk told us about him. We went in and did not regret it! Everything in this restaurant is cute and amazing! Very tasty cuisine (order the signature dish "Pansky dranik", I think it will surprise you, in the best sense of the word), polite staff who will guide you through the menu, and the interior corresponding to the Belarusian house.
