They highly recommended this place to us and really did not lose! Authentic atmosphere, delicious food. The only drawback is the popularity of this place, we need to book everything in advance, but we got there without reservation. Having informed us from the doorstep that there is a table for 1 hour, then everything is booked, they managed to feed us 8 and get us drunk a little during this hour. Everything is delicious, fast and very satisfying. I can definitely recommend this institution.

Pansky dranik is a popular cafe in a picturesque place in Minsk, near the city center. Quite unexpectedly, you find yourself in the old town area with narrow streets and two-story houses. The cafe itself is located in the basement, where you are greeted as dear guests and will always find a place, even if all the tables are occupied. The cuisine is traditionally Belarusian, with elements of Polish influence. Very tasty, very large portions. They brought borscht instead of sour cream separately, there was a mass floating in it , clearly squeezed out of the package like mayonnaise. Asking the question is that they said sour cream, but it does not dissolve because of the hot soup, they say. This is ridiculous, mayonnaise may not dissolve, but sour cream ... I asked a friend to try what was added to his hodgepodge, it tasted like sour cream. And after stirring it, it immediately dissolved. I have already strongly pointed out to them that it is not sour cream that floats in borscht , but like mayonnaise in chunks without dissolving. They decided to replace it. But they brought the same thing again, immediately adding it to the soup. And again, the taste is fatty and does not dissolve, floating in lumps on top. I'm not a restaurant critic, but it's a game to do that!! Moreover, having shown them that sour cream has dissolved in the hodgepodge and is in couscous, and. It does not dissolve in borscht, they left with a dissatisfied face. One of the places where you can try Belarusian cuisine. The Rakovskoe suburb, where the cafe is located, is a small corner of post-war Minsk. It is interesting to walk here, and the Pansky drannik is a great place to relax and eat. The menu is slightly different from similar places. They cook here quickly and tasty. Prices don't bite.

A beautiful cozy place with a mature style, even the waitresses are dressed in a folk way.

We ate our fill of soup. Borscht costs 9 Belarusian rubles, with lard on bread and garlic 2 rubles. Incredibly delicious tortillas with cheese, which go well with a frying pan. There is a lot of meat in the soup, whole pieces of sausages, aggressively. The bird with vegetables turned out to be light and satisfying. There were only two for seven, four more, and I saw one table for two. The hall is clean, there is no loud music. A large selection of menus.
The best in Minsk after the poppy in front of the railway station, I definitely advise and rate it 10 out of 10

For the first time in Belarus. I went to have breakfast at this place because it was on the way. It was 11:00 and already "sucked in the pit of my stomach."
I ordered some pancakes for myself... everything was delicious, but the incredibly loud music overshadowed the breakfast. At the same time, the volume was periodically increased.
Dear hosts and staff!
Believe me- the client often does not want to listen to "dlbisurround" during breakfast!
If you really want to have fun, then it should be a lounge and decibels should not "blow up" the heads and eardrums of visitors in any way.
I hope you will properly evaluate this and review the musical accompaniment.

A magnificent, atmospheric and very tasty place. We arrived in Minsk for 3 days. We found this place on the map by chance and did not lose it! It is cheap, tasty and few people here (even on Friday evening they found a place without booking). They cook themselves and you can feel it. The staff is very friendly.
We dined here all 3 evenings and did not regret it at all)
Below we wrote about the long wait and about the kitchen closing early - I don't know, we didn't see any of this.

We really wanted to eat at this place. But, alas... there was almost a full landing in the cafe, one large table was free, at which we could be seated, but they warned that other guests would be seated. My husband and I, of course, were not satisfied with this, we did not come to the dining room. Literally, two tables were vacated with us, but they refused to put us there, because after an hour there were three reservations, and we were offered to sit down only for an hour. But, when visiting such establishments, as a rule, they rest for a couple of hours at least. This proposal was not just incorrect, but tactless. We didn't come to the food court for a quick snack. And when asked that "you will also be kicked out of other tables," they said that other tables had also been warned.
As a result, we left hungry, very upset and, perhaps, we will no longer go to the courtyard of the institution about visiting the city of Minsk. The waiters were not interested in serving us in any way, offering absurd options.

Draniki with a tongue is the highest score. I was especially pleased with the tinctures. Excellent raw materials, mild taste, saturation at the level (I tried it in different places and countries for taste - there is something to compare it with). Tinctures are top, you should definitely try them. From my favorite - horseradish, aniseed and pervak.

The story is about how I wanted to eat real pancakes in Minsk. This institution was chosen through a deeply scientific poke.
Literally on the threshold you bump into "authenticity", which in fact is a banal lack of repair. Authenticity is when it looks shabby, but the plaster does not fall off. It was falling off near our table in the corner.
The waiter did not meet, you had to go to him behind the counter. There is only one air conditioner for the entire room and it is very stuffy in summer.
Sticky tables, which, to the credit of the staff, are still wiped, also did not add pleasant impressions. The staff themselves are sad and tired, if you are waiting for service, then do not wait. They threw us a slightly irritated "sit down" and didn't even say goodbye.
And all this can be forgiven if the food turns out to be delicious in the end. But even here it passes by.
We ordered pancakes with mushrooms, pancakes with machanka and sorcerers. Those two pancakes that were served with mushrooms tasted with sour milk sourness, as if pancakes were cooked on kefir, and the mushrooms were very strongly salted, almost on the verge of over-salting. But the mushrooms themselves are delicious and fragrant. Draniki with machanka looked like ordinary pancakes, and in machanka there was only chicken meat and one type of sausage, it was thickened not by long stewing, but by flour, which made it look more like a mediocre beef stroganoff from the school cafeteria. The wizards weren't much better, but they also had a lot of flour in them and looked more like a pancake.
In general, I would not believe the rave reviews, I would not expect miracles from the place. As for the prices, I can't say anything. In general, they seem to be low, but with such an assessment, you expect more. At least some delicious pancakes in a place called "dranik"

Начитавшись отзывов отправились в это заведение и не ошиблись!!! Приветливый персонал, да и все белорусы в общем очень приятные и вежливые люди))) приготовили все очень быстро и вкусно, все свежее, в т.ч. и разливное пиво. Еда только что приготовленная, не вчерашняя, что важно. Порции очень большие. Заказывали цезарь, драники с сёмгой, и сковородку со свининой и овощами, сёмгу завернули с собой, не осилили. Чек на 3 взрослых 130 бел. руб.,что на русские ориентировочно 1300 руб. Прошло 5 часов с момента посещения вашего заведения, а я до сих пор сытая. Если удастся посетить ваш город, то обязательно придём к вам ещё!!!

Посетите кафе "Панский Драник", Минск, ул.Раковская, 18. Очень хорошее кафе в историческом центре города. Кафе небольшое, наверное мест на 30. Была суббота, 9.09.23, день города. Во всех близлежащих заведениях было свободно, если не сказать пусто, а тут пришлось до 10 минут подождать снаружи пока не омвободилос место. Персонал дружелюбный, пригласили войти и очень быстро начали обслуживать. Меню разнообразное, все в основном основано на драниках, колдунах в сочетании с рыбой, свининой, телятиной и овощами. Очень аппетитные закуски из грибов разных сортов и овощей, мясные ассорти и пр. Хорошо представлена белорусская кухня. Из напитков хороши черный квас и морс. Мы заказали закуску из груздей со сметаной, закуску из опят с красным луком, колдуны со сметаной и драники с поджаркой из свинины. Пили томатный сок и черный квас. Вместо хлеба подают горячие лепешки с чесноком. Все свежее, хрустящее и очень вкусное. Все и меню обощлось в 71,5 руб
