We went to Belarus, to Minsk from St. Petersburg and dreamed of draniki and bottles with tinctures. Well, and about the fat.
We arrived at 22.30 only. The cafe is open until 24.00.
They came in, they say the kitchen is closed, they can only pour draniki pozharit tinctures on moonshine.
So this is what you need!!!
In general, we ate draniki, lard, washed down with tinctures on moonshine and satisfied calmed down.

Классное место по ценам и блюдам. Были 5 дней в Минске, из них 4 посещали это заведение. Размеры блюд довольны большие, не огромные, но к примеру первым и вторым блюдом можно хорошо наесться, если конечно вы не обжора или 100кг комплекции. По ценам в среднем выходило 900-1200 рублей за 2-3 блюда. Кухня очень калорийная, так что кто за здоровым питанием то - вам не сюда. К примеру от двух толстенных драников со сметаной, съеденных часов в 7 вечера проснулся с утра опухший как после бодуна - организм явно не ожидал такого. Но кухня вкусная и с местным колоритом, буду ещё в Минске обязательно зайду.

Очень атмосферное место. Еда вкусная. Порции большие. Прекрасное обслуживание. Время ожидания минимально. Интерьер великолепный - деревенская изба , печка... Драники по збуйницки, мачанка просто восторг. В последнее время отдаем предпочтение белорусской кухне .

Отличная обстановка и меню. Все очень вкусно. Порции просто огромные. Рекомендую попробовать «хреновуху» очень бодрит! Персонал приветливый, обслужили стол достаточно быстро. Рекомендую бронировать стол заранее, заведение пользуется спросом не только у туристов.

Была в Минске в деловой поездке, зашла в это кафе т.к. оно находилось рядом с отелем. Приятная атмосфера, очень вкусно готовят нацональные блюда. Порции большие и сытные. Цены демократичные. Обязательно еще загняну сюда в следующий раз.

Это лучшее заведение, которое я посещала за время пребывания в Минске. Очень вкусно кормят. Довольно обширный выбор блюд и напитков. Цены очень приемлемые. Если кто-то хочет попробовать самые вкусные белорусские драники и не только, то вам однозначно сюда!

Очень неплохое заведение точка находится рядом с центром города В пяти минутах. Меню небольшое но очень неплохое и всё по демократичным ценам. В основном национальная Белорусская кухня. Порции большие цены адекватные приготовлено всё очень вкусно точка рассчитаться можно Как наличными так и картой. Советую к посещению

The service is slow, the waiters rarely approach, although they are friendly, in general, from the moment we ordered the food, they only took out the dishes, did not offer anything else and were not particularly interested when they asked us to calculate, they carried the bill for a very long time, and then it turned out that they forgot everything. They don't meet you at the entrance, you need to run after the waiters yourself.
I consider it very weak for one of the central institutions of Minsk.
One star for the food, the second for the interior, half for parking even in the evening, another half star for giving the opportunity to sit at the reserve table.

Интерьер атмосферный, обстановка спокойная, персонал приветливый, еда свежая и хорошо выглядит, без побочных эффектов. Доступные цены. В общем, всё понравилось. Но есть одно нюанс - суп журек был не на закваске. Кто пробовал его в Польше, тот знает, что у этого супа должен быть характерный кисловатый привкус. Здесь же - его не было, а больше похоже было на разведённую мачанку. За это снимаю одну звезду.

I chose the restaurant based on reviews and ratings. I can't rate the restaurant at this address very highly.
There is a strong smell of food in the hall.
Of course, I took draniki, Zhurek soup and pate from the food. I understand that pancakes are fatty foods, but not so much. They are heated, not cooked when ordering. It is sad. The soup is normal.
The pate is normal, usually served with dried/toasted bread. The waiter immediately informed me that the oven was not working. It seems to me that bread can be dried in a frying pan on the stove. Maybe there was a problem with that, I don't know.
The interior is in a folk style and the waiter girls are polite and pleasant. These are the only advantages.
Most likely, the place is designed for a large number of tourists, so the food is ready and it is only heated in order to speed up the service of guests. To get acquainted with the national cuisine, I recommend tourists to choose another restaurant of this chain, or another institution in the beautiful city of Minsk.

We went to have lunch at this place today according to the positive reviews listed below and were disappointed with some of the dishes, so I decided to leave this review from three adults, ordered the following:
1. Dranik on zbuynitsky
They brought a large pancake, which was mainly dominated by potatoes about 70%, the rest was pieces of meat and vegetables.
2. Zhurek soup - there was practically no meat, puree-type soup, it tastes good, but because little meat is not worth the money.
3. Solyanka soup is delicious and a lot of smoked meat, I recommend it.
4. Grilled ribs, separate ribs were drawn in the picture on the menu, as a result, they brought a rubber upper part near the ribs, which had a specific smell, and when asked by the waiter, the answer was received that suppliers bring such a part, and the pictures on the menu have been outdated for 5 years…
5. Fresh meat with onions, similarly, the pieces of meat were rubbery and not tasty.
6. A frying pan with pork, I recommend, lots of vegetables and soft pieces of pork.
The waiter, Ksenia, was not friendly and there was tension.

If you do not want to read for a long time, I will say right away that I do not recommend it, greasy food, no service, you can not take out one old cafe interior. We arrived at one o'clock in the afternoon, there were a lot of tables available. We made an order, unfortunately the waiter did not warn us that the portions were large enough. My husband ordered two hot dishes (pork pancakes, scrambled eggs), cheesecake and lemonade (they did not say that it was a small cup, they did not offer a larger volume corresponding to the amount of food), I ordered one dish-pan pachastunak, cheesecakes and ice coffee (I clarified myself that it was iced coffee, the waiter said yes!).
The order was waited for 20-25 minutes. The first two dishes were brought together, what my husband ordered. And I sat for 7 minutes waiting for mine, then I spat and began to eat his food. About 5 minutes later they brought it to me. Coffee without ice, just cold coffee with milk. The food is greasy, everything is abundantly saturated with oil and fat. We ate, hotter, brought cheesecake (homemade pie, which is made from cookies and curd mass, is clearly not the most delicate curd cheese, but that's nothing). But I tried cheesecakes, it's not edible at all. Fatty fried cheesecakes, inside, in appearance and taste, not cottage cheese, but a certain mass with the addition of cottage cheese grains. I checked everything by breaking it, maybe I just didn't get one, but no. A passing waiter saw the cheesecakes and asked what they didn't like? I explained the situation, she took them to the kitchen. As a result, I had to ask for the bill twice and wait another 10 minutes. The waiter who served us initially silently brought the bill. Without apologizing, without asking if the cheesecakes should be redone. Nothing. We didn't forget to include them in the bill! I just didn't want to spoil my mood even more, so we left after paying. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Good reviews bribed me to go there, but this eatery is suitable for those who have the main criterion-to eat more and more aggressively or are used to eating somewhere in a canteen with a boorish attitude towards guests. I was also surprised at the moment, after we made an order, the company came and sat down at the next table and they were offered a lunch menu)) I don't know what kind of practice, maybe a tour service or something. But it was strange to observe that some were offered a business lunch, other guests did not say a word about it.
