When I decided, I waited for the cashier for 15 minutes. Then I paid for the Teriyaki shawarma. The cashier disappeared again without even giving me the check. When she came back, she took my check and threw it in the trash. Service and staff for 1 ⭐️. The shawarma is tasteless, sooooo much sauce, little content. That's all. Because of one person, everything doesn't taste good.

We ordered it many times , but this time we were disappointed .
The cheese shawarma was without cheese sauce , but the most unpleasant was the look and smell of the sour tomatoes . After taking a couple of bites , I suffered from stomach pain all day .
The hot dog is generally not bad , but when bitten, you can feel the thick skin of the sausage and it doesn't look very good.

And after 3 hours and 45 minutes (from the moment of ordering) the third one. And the cook answered my claim, as I understood it. She listened to me, but she didn't contact the manager. I called the number for claims listed on the business card. Why did the cook from the point in Bilevo answer me? The management never contacted me. I work in the field of production and services myself. I know myself that shoals are inevitable. And maybe that's why he's loyal and patient enough. But I did not expect such treatment from a client... This is my first negative review. It made me so angry.
