The family ordered shawarma. As soon as they unpacked, they noticed that it was too small for size L. + it was written on the package M. They immediately called to clarify, maybe they got something mixed up, but they told us that they only mixed up the packages. We decided to weigh it and it turned out to be even less than M (285 g) in grams. We decided to try, we didn't want to spoil our day, but it didn't work out. The shawarma was dry, there was little sauce, the chicken was not on a spit, but just from the refrigerator white and creepy, instead of fresh cucumber, as stated in the menu, it was salty (you could at least warn). There was only one pita bread. I hope the administration will take note of this feedback and take measures to improve the quality of the service's products. I recommend that staff be trained in the rules of hygiene of high-quality customer service.
