I do not advise anyone to order from them! I made an order through the website, but no confirmation came. I wrote to them on Instagram, they said that the order was accepted. I waited almost two hours, no delivery. I decided to write again — the messages were read, but there was no response. As a result, they called and said that the order had not even been placed! They offered to accept him just now, as if nothing had happened.
No apologies, no attempts to fix the situation in any way - in general, zero respect for customers. In normal establishments, after such an order, they would have brought it for free, but here there is an absolute collective farm. The attitude is just disgusting, it's better to avoid them.
