"Papa roasts" is actively advertised in many places. This is a fast food restaurant (street food). By itself, the meaning of fast food implies that it will be cooked quickly. Most of the time, the staff really successfully coped with this task. However, when on a Friday evening you purposefully go (because it takes a long time to wait for delivery) to taste delicious pancakes, you arrive at one point there is a break (Okay, it happens). You go to another point, a larger one, and they tell you "sorry, there are a lot of orders, the waiting time is 30 minutes." (OK). You drive back to another point, and there they tell you "the waiting time is 20 minutes."
Dear management, maybe you should think about increasing the staff in order to cope with the load, and not promote yourself as much as possible? After all, it is clearly profitable with such a workload.
