Today we decided to have a meal with our child at this institution in Marco City. We ordered Papa Chef pizza and 2 servings of rolls (with trout, avocado and cheese).
As a result, the rolls were made without trout, just rice, avocado, and cheese.
To which I asked the cashier Daria to call the one who prepared these rolls. To show me where the fish are. After that, I was offered compensation for the missing fish in the amount of 6 rubles (I gave almost 20 rubles for the rolls), I refused the money and asked the cashier Daria to make shawarma for 5 rubles with me. To which she agreed. After we ate pizza and the so-called rolls. I approached Daria twice, asking if the shawarma was ready. I was told that it was on the grill. In the end, we waited about 40 minutes. Neither the money nor the shawarma was returned to us. I think this is disrespectful to the visitors of the institution. Next time I will be without a child and I will definitely make a scandal for the whole institution.
At the same time, the pizza was very tasty for everyone, and the rolls were also normal, although without fish.

7.04. At about 18:40 we were in this "wonderful" institution. We had been here a couple of times before, and a non-Russian man of my age made wonderful potatoes, warm, golden, crispy, with a great garlic sauce (a huge plus point). We came naturally with expectations. The order was accepted by a nice guy, also not Russian. We specified in the order that we want crispy potatoes. We waited for 10-15 minutes, the weather is frosty and windy. They took I.. It's a complete failure. When they ordered, they noticed the potatoes already cooked on the table, the expectations were already spoiled by the fact that they would probably be fried again and sold, but they resigned themselves. But this is sheer arrogance. We waited 15 minutes and got cold potatoes that we weren't even going to get.

The perfect location. Friendly staff, respect! The establishment is open 24/7. We were at different times of the day, the friendliness is amazing! I recommend falafel, draniki, burritos!
