We would like to express our deep gratitude to the nurse of the Bolshevik Kindergarten, Tatyana Baranovskaya, for her high professionalism and sensitive attitude towards our children. For her ability to devote herself to her work completely . For an individual approach to each child . Thank you very much. Graduates of 2024 , group 3 .
My mother went to a doctor's appointment with a request for a referral for a picture. Because she fell on her back and was in severe pain. And as usual, it happens in our clinic, the doctor safely refused her. After that, my mother couldn't stand it and went to a paid clinic, and unfortunately she was sent back to the outpatient clinic at her place of residence. Arriving at a doctor's appointment on the second shift on Thursday. For a moment it was at 19:40 the doctor was not there. According to the nurse, she went home. Thank you, the nurse, she at least anesthetized my mother. But no matter how many times I'm convinced. Our outpatient clinic is the most out-of-the-way place. It's better to die than go there. You won't get any help.
The queues are always endless, and you have to wait an infinitely long time. There is no correct consultation. And the doctor's phrase "It would be better if you had cancer, at least it is being treated ..." I still can't forget. I hate going there, but I have to.
But the cleaner is great, she is always very polite and keeps the whole building clean!
I want to say a big thank you to the outpatient clinic staff and a special thank you to the young nurse in the treatment room for my husband and I getting the flu shot. Everything was very professional and, most importantly, fast. It was very nice to see the polite staff and cleanliness in the department. Thank you for your hard work!
There should be a polyclinic in its place. And then it feels like time stopped 50 years ago behind the MKAD, 10 km from the capital, and people do not live or are not sick.
Unfortunately, there is always an understaffed staff and huge waiting lists for admission. The waiting time is usually at least 5 hours. An adult and a pediatric doctor in one person and all in the same queue.
The doctor and the nurse are trying, but the queue is still very slow, you can donate blood from a vein and from a finger and basic tests, there is a dental office and a midwife, adults and children are taken by 1 doctor
The competence of the staff of this healthcare institution is questionable, I made a banal request to remove a tick on my leg, an employee of the registry went around 3 or 4 offices and about the "miracle" of Belarusian medicine, not one doctor in the polyclinic does not know how to remove a tick (on Monday at 12.00 am, when there is a sufficient number of staff on site) at the same time gave a practical Tip - remove the tick yourself! probably meaning that I have better medical equipment and knowledge at home.
Fast service. The medical staff does their job professionally. Everyone is responsive. Of course, I would like to go to medical institutions less often, but every time I go there, help is provided immediately. Thank you.
