The Archaeological Park of Paphos is an open—air archaeological museum in the city of Paphos, near the harbor of Kato Paphos. 1
The main objects of the park are the excavations of the ancient city of Nea Paphos. It is known for a large complex of well-preserved mosaics from the Roman period, discovered in the 1960s. In the southern part of the park are the ruins of the medieval fortress of Saranta-Kolones. There are also ruins of other structures of the II century A.D. on the territory of the park — the agora, the odeon and the temple of Asclepius. 1
In 1980, the park was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. 2
A very beautiful archaeological park, which you must definitely visit, wander around, and consider everything. I liked it, although it was certainly difficult to walk in the heat
