We were at the establishment today. 40 minutes after ordering, they brought us a salad that we hadn't ordered. We reported this, but after a couple of minutes the waiter returned with the salad and said, "No, it's still your salad, it's on the receipt." We said again that we hadn't ordered it, and that was the first time he looked at his notes that didn't include salad. He didn't tell us anything, but we realized that our dish was just about to start cooking, and it had already been 50 minutes since ordering! After another 10 minutes, we finally asked for tea. As a result, when we asked for the receipt, we naturally wanted to check if there was anything mixed up, and for good reason, because instead of one pot of tea, they added two. It is doubtful that this was a mistake. Apparently, the waiter was trying to return some of the money for the extra salad, which he ordered himself.
The question arises, what kind of service is 10 percent charged for if orders are confused, extra items are added to the receipt, and even drinks cannot be brought without an additional reminder.
The kitchen used to be better. Just a couple of months ago, we visited this place and the food was a cut above. Right now, the packaging doesn't match the menu, and orders take a long time to complete. There are huge bones in a steak instead of meat. It feels like the establishment has gained a customer base and started saving money.
