I do not recommend buying a course on website builder from these friends! Links to training are not working, and tech support has been ignoring them since November 24th. No VKontakte, no WhatsApp, no Telegram – silence everywhere. Arrogant attitude and neglectful service. Don't waste your money!

On the recommendation of an acquaintance, he offered his client to purchase a furniture store template. My client has purchased a template. Three weeks later, I entered into correspondence with support, as my other client also had a request for the site. A business product. I go to the site, the template does not open. The video is not about the product, but about saunas. I go to support, I ask for help with finding a suitable option, explaining that I want to bring a client, but I need to demonstrate a suitable option. In response, they are trying to sell me a template that does not exist yet, because the price will allegedly increase. And as for the help, I heard "Search on the site." Honestly, I was taken aback by this attitude. I gave feedback to the person who recommended them to me. And I'm not too lazy to leave my feedback here. Avoid this project if you do not want to feel at least an indifferent, and at most a boorish attitude towards yourself. To confirm that I am not unfounded, I am attaching screenshots of communication with the support of the Paradigm WEBSITE.

В общем, искал долго, перерыл все что можно. Сам ничего не понимаю в сайтах и рекламе, нужно было сделать все под ключ. Изучал Парадигма больше 6 месяцев, стоимость услуг достаточно высокая на первый взгяд, поэтому мешкался. Но в итоге сделал выбор и не жалею! Я выражаю большую благодарность всей команде, особенно Александру, Дарье и Андрею! Все четко, современно, реклама эффективна, сайт клиентов радует, я доволен🤝 Ребята, Вы крутые, очень помогли, низкий Вам поклон!
