We are arriving now with friends and I with a child - and this is the key moment ...
I will immediately divide it into two reviews, the score of which is 1000 points out of 10 possible!
This is our first time in Abkhazia. And it was a little scary to go to a country unknown to me - what kind of people, the attitude was not clear to me. But the health situation of my child (in the process of rest) is a litmus test of the relationship of the staff, no, not the staff, my Friends!!! This is the only way to express yourself about people who, as a guardian angel, came to my child and me to help! This is the manager of the Paradise Hotel, Nana (unfortunately, I do not remember the patronymic).
Every mother will understand me when a child is not well, to put it mildly. Honestly, I am writing and there is a lump in my throat from the happiness of meeting sympathetic and caring Strangers!!! I will immediately interrupt those who say that such a reaction of the hotel is its own reputation. Guys, this is about something completely different, about empathy and humanity.
I want to express my endless gratitude, deepest appreciation, respect, cordiality and say thank you to the Almighty that a person like Nana turned out to be with us in a difficult and sudden situation for me.❤️❤️❤️. Thank you again!!! That they did not leave us and helped and empathized with my situation as their own. They were with us 24 hours a day! There is no limit to my gratitude! You have done everything you could and even more!

We rested in the third decade of June, the hotel really liked the hotel's territory is gorgeous, The staff is very hospitable and responsive, The cleaning was changed daily, the linen was changed twice in 10 days, We took only breakfast (good regular breakfasts, eggs, porridge, buns, etc.) The hotel is young, everything is brand new Thank you for a great stay

In 2020, in February, we bought a tour to Turkey and paid 100%.
It is a well-known fact that our trip was disrupted due to the pandemic and I hardly experienced it. I decided that I couldn't take it this year.
We have been working with the tour operator #Sanmar for almost 2 months.
Wishes - Gelendzhik and the surrounding area, Adler and the surrounding area, partial or full board within our amount. Anapa and Crimea were not considered at all.
We chose for a long time, looked for a long time, everything was wrong according to the reviews. They despaired.
And so... Abkhazia suddenly appeared. We have to drive 4,500 km from KhMAO. The journey takes 5 days.
They searched for roads, calculated the cost, distances, and overnight accommodation.
We decided to agree.
We still did not understand what a serpentine is, how to survive it and what we will have to face. The heat is rocking the children and me, heavy rain, thunderstorms, traffic jams, very bad and gorgeous toll roads.
Everything was colorful on the way, fields, trees, bridges and the sky. Everything except entry into the Republic of #Abkhazia!
Old, dilapidated, gray houses, single guest houses attracted attention.
It was unexpected and strange how resort towns can be so unsightly, unkempt.
After the hurricane, there was no light, trees that had been growing for years touched wires, fell down and cut off a lot of lines.
We drove past the inconspicuous sign of our #PARADISE 3*, because it did not glow.
There was no connection. #tele2 did not work. The navigator has not been updated. I already swore at my husband, but he, exhausted from the road, in a downpour and thunderstorm, found this alley and in front of us were the outlines of a decent, bright, neat Paradise3 * Abkhazia Sukhum hotel.
The receptionist was quick and friendly. She apologized that there was no light and took us to a large, two-storey cottage with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a kettle, microwave, refrigerator and 2 bathrooms. Spacious, cozy, clean.

Right, relaxing in a high in my house with a view of the sea. Everything is as I imagined looking at the photo of the hotel.
Breakfast is included from 8.30 to 10.00 - excellent. A small selection: a couple of cereals, a lot of flour and few vegetables, no fruits, Pele coffee. But!
Everyone tried to please, smiled, everything was clean, fresh flowers on the tables. Nice.
Lunch and dinner can be ordered. The prices are not high, but they are not low either. We were fed, despite the closure - 4 vegetable stews, four loaves of 800 rubles. That's a lot, but it's not food at all, well, I'm talking about men.
The only downside is that there were not enough kitchen utensils and appliances in our house. There was no complete set of plates: deep, flat and saucers. Not a single knife, not counting canteens, corkscrew, bottle openers, not a single salad bowl, slicing boards.
Vacationers, of course, do not bring this with them. And if there is a kitchen, then it is necessary. It's like a recommendation.
We were looking for canteens through Yandex. Wifi worked everywhere on the territory. We tried the options, the food. I will definitely write about it separately.
Everything was absolutely fine, I was demanding, and the hotel was fine.
Any issue was resolved by sending a message to the administrator in Watts ap.
Clean snow-white towels were changed every 3 days, as well as bed linen. The maid asked if everything was okay. It's not always good at all! But this is the hotel's problem. Maids need to be trained in cleaning companies, follow the rules and sequence of room cleaning. In 2 weeks, the shelf above the sink has not been wiped once.
It seems to me that if the hotel includes meals in the price, make a canteen with a distribution lower than the price, it will be an ideal place.
The pool is clean, filtered and chlorinated.
Every morning they clean, mow and take care of the territory.
The guard opens and closes the doors, no strangers will be allowed on the territory.
The caretaker solves all issues. Mumbling something, funny and sullen.
The water is clean in the tap, you can drink it, but we boiled it out of habit. Cold and hot without interruption.
There is a moment with insects (a lot of ants), but everyone is trying and taking action.
In general, there are no complaints, even with my northern character.

The sea is 5 minutes away. The beach is large and urban.

Com. Director Victoria tour Yekaterinburg.We went on a honeymoon . I liked everything , everything was as simple as we wanted . The territory is large , there is no crowd , peace and quiet . The only big jamb, the administrator Alkhaz, "scored" on the fact that we showed the marriage certificate upon check-in, and no compliments from the hotel followed. Until we saw how other vacationers are congratulated on their birthday . They were outraged and complained to another administrator . They quickly apologized and fixed everything. We could also give a bottle of wine, because Abkhazia is a paradise of winemaking . In general, the hotel is excellent , the staff is pleasant. We recommend you to visit . If we are going to rest in Abkhazia, then rather in this hotel, as we have traveled all over Abkhazia and liked it very much.
