A great place, but inferior in comfort to the first paragraph on independence.
Everyone is sitting too closely, especially in the seats that are to the right of the rear entrance. There I would suggest putting less massive chairs in the aisle (maybe something without a backrest? Ottomans? I am sure there will be models that are not inferior in comfort and convenience to your best chairs).
A separate plus for the open back door. In our world, entering a building through diagonally open doors is like a breath of fresh air.
