This coffee shop is a real gem of Novaya Borovaya! From the very first minutes, attention to detail is striking: from impeccable service to a thoughtful interior. The staff is polite, smiling and always ready to help with the choice.
Drinks are served at an ideal temperature, with a rich taste and velvety foam. Cappuccino, espresso, raf — each variety opens up in a new way, leaving an aftertaste that makes you want to come back again.
The interior is a separate delight! Modern but cozy design. It's nice to spend time at work, meet friends, or just enjoy the silence with a book. The atmosphere is saturated with warmth and style, which makes this place even more attractive.

When this coffee shop opened next to the house, we waited and rejoiced - cool interior, pleasant atmosphere.
But the third time I log in, and the third time there are obvious problems with the customer service.
The first time I was asked about decaf, I was indifferently told that decaf is not coffee and that the paragraph is for normal caffeinated drinks, although I did not ask for an evaluation of my order. Not to mention that decaf is coffee.
The second time, we waited about 45 minutes for an order without any warning about it.
On the third day, the girl at the checkout didn't pay attention to me, pretending that there was no one near the counter. Without warning her that she would come up now, she went about her business in silence. Then, without saying hello, she didn't smile, just accepted the order.
I'll probably come back next time in another year, not earlier. Maybe the cafe owners will think about the fact that the staff needs to be trained, and something will change for the better.

The most stylish and cozy place in the area!
The interior is thought out to the smallest detail - there is even a library, board games and bowls of water for pets☺️ Lots of greenery! It turned out to be straight "instagrammed". It is impossible to pass by a large mirror and not take a picture in it))
I am very glad to open it, I often come here with a guy.
Desserts are a cannon. Considering that I'm indifferent to sweets, I'm just really into it. And for those who like salty things like me, there are quiches with various fillings, salty cheesecakes with red fish, sandwiches, croissants with hearty filling. So now you can have a delicious breakfast, and not just drink tea / coffee with a pie. I am glad that they work from 7:30 on weekdays and close late.
