The hotel itself is nice, but the service and hotel managers leave much to be desired. They hang up when you call them, do not fulfil clear requests, forget about orders in the room, prepare coffee in the room for an hour and a half, do not know how to admit mistakes, answer so that the client himself is to blame for everything.

Great hotel! A very beautiful hotel, there is no designer exoticism like in Stamba or Rumms, but this hotel is about something completely different - about convenience! Excellent rooms that have everything for guests. All the equipment is modern, which is important. The bed and the bed are a separate story, just a fairy tale!!! The breakfast and generally the food at the hotel is very tasty. I advise you to try cocktails in the lobby bar, the bartenders are Top class! The staff is very friendly and professional. I advise you to visit the bar on the top floor of the hotel. I will not write about the location of the hotel, it is obvious that the best location in Tbilisi. In short, sheer delight, but there is a small drawback that, it seems to me, can be eliminated, the pressure in the water supply system jumps and, accordingly, the pressure and temperature of the water in the shower change. So for lovers of a contrasting shower, too, in the Paragraph!!! In a word, everything is super!

A very cool, modern hotel, I think one of the best that I managed to visit. I lived in it for several days, but I never managed to use all the functions that the hotel offers. The room had a panoramic view of Tbilisi. There is a nice cafe on the roof with good music played by a DJ.
