I regret to inform you that cockroaches have been spotted crawling in the sales area of your facility located at 5 P.Glebki St. (Tival shopping center) in Minsk, which is a serious violation of sanitary rules. I believe that commercial objects should maintain cleanliness and order, but in your case, the situation leaves much to be desired. Cockroaches not only create discomfort for customers, but also pose a danger to the health of store employees, given the fact that the last meals are taken in a storage room among household chemicals, outerwear and shoes, floor cleaning cloths. There is no refrigeration equipment for storing "themselves". I ask you to take measures to eliminate this problem in order to ensure the safety of both visitors and employees of this shopping facility.

I asked the cashier if they had Rexon's dry powder deodorant, to which I received a rude answer - "everything is in the window!". It was very unpleasant. What happened to the store? Previously, all employees were friendly, always offered help, but now rudeness and disorder on the shelves. There are price tags, but there is no product.
