I've been walking for a year now and there are no complaints about the girls, they are always very neat and high-quality, BUT the administrator is a cashier, a woman who does not know how to talk to customers, and apparently is not fully aware of her work. The payment for the service was 16 rubles. After giving the cashier 20p, she was very outraged by what she saw and with the words "woman, WHAT are YOU?" rolled her eyes at me. Answering her that I would not have one ruble, she was even more outraged that how to give her change and what to work with.These are not my questions, how to give her change, and how to work for her. I provided payment for the work. If it had been said in a different form and with a lowered tone, I would not have paid attention because I work in the service sector myself and I know how hard it can be with change. But it was the behavior that angered me that I was directly obliged to give her 1 ruble and that I was to blame for the fact that there was no change. Management, pay attention to this employee. The woman is aged, and the competence is zero. And I'm more than sure that many people won't come back because of her. And tell your administrator that you can walk through the establishments nearby and clarify the issue of the availability of coins. Never, no one will refuse if there is such an opportunity (and almost everyone has it).
