04/16/24 I was booked for a complex coloring,from 9.00 to 17.00 the master did something,as a result, after the first washing of my hair, I was horrified, the first -all the gray hair was as it was and remained,the second-the occipital area was not colored at all,the third -the hair became like straw and this for 290 rubles,after that, I turned to the master so that she corrected her work, which was refused, and at the same time there was a second master who did not correctly get into the conversation and also did not communicate correctly, I think that for such an amount they were obliged to correct their mistakes.
