I was driving from Minsk to Chernihiv, decided to go to a cafe and regretted it very much!!! Because I am a chef myself, I offered my friends food! We ordered a spicy salad, borscht, spaghetti and a chop with mushrooms! The waiter said that they have a good cook from Ukraine and we will not regret it! They brought borscht- cold, no salt, no pepper, and garlic was not even lying next to it! Then there was a spicy cabbage salad- there's nothing else in it except vinegar!!! The declared spaghetti is 200 grams, in reality 100 and also without oil, salt, etc. the chop is just forgotten to beat off!!! For such a meal, you can only beat off your hands!!! Thanks for the ruined lunch...
