The disadvantages are noise and emissions from the boiler room and production facilities, especially at night. Loaded highways also contribute. The project itself and the buildings are normal, I can't say warm words about the residents of the whole complex. The first block of this complex is very good, but the second completed block is not the best, there are a lot of jambs and a malfunction throughout the structure, since during the construction of this block the management changed many times, including the workers... From here and the quality .... Prices today are very inflated, for the cloud... It's not worth the money. To be honest, I feel a little sorry for those who bought housing on the second block of this complex.
