It's more like a public garden, not a park. There are a lot of cars nearby, fresh air is not to be found. You can't walk with a child here because of the noise of the road nearby

Парк неплохой, можно ночью посидеть с друзьями. И прогуляться можно довольно неплохо. Много лавочек, единственное, нет крытых мест, так что в дождь или после дождя там не посидишь.
