excellent location, near the botanical garden, you can walk to the shopping center. clean, polite staff, good service. on the call, all the issues that arose were immediately resolved (there was no blanket in the room - they brought it right away, they needed an iron - they showed where they could iron their trousers). everything in the room is fresh, clean, well renovated, and has a pleasant, quite modern interior. Kettle, bathroom accessories, bathrobe, slippers, everything that should be. I definitely recommend it. The price-quality ratio was very pleasing.

Modest, clean, the most necessary things are comfort, silence, friendliness and hospitality. I recommend it - not an expensive balance of price / quality of services.
