It's well-built, but there are also jambs that need fixing. Anyone who can afford to live in such an apartment complex will be satisfied. There is also Parking, and there is all the infrastructure nearby.

For me, this is the best neighborhood in the city. The location of the complex is fabulous - almost everyone has a view of Chelyuskintsev Park. It is quiet and sparsely populated, while the center is a 15-minute walk away. Nearby there is a cinema, a theater, many cafes, a large shopping center with everything you need. And most importantly, a park for walking, what could be better?)

An excellent new residential complex in the center of Minsk, next to the singing nightingales of Chelyuskintsev Park itself. Beautiful view apartments, the metro is a 10-minute walk away, clean park air, lots of playgrounds, there is even a children's railway, developed infrastructure, it is difficult to park a little in the evening, but this is a typical situation of tall houses. Everything else is OK.

This is probably one of the few houses that Dana built that I like. Great location, not many apartments, everything is quiet. There is also Parking under the house and normal Parking on the street.

I bought an apartment in the Chelyuskentsev Park residential complex. Now I enjoy the beauty of nature right from the window of my house. Excellent infrastructure, clean air and beautiful landscapes, living in such a place is super, I think I was very lucky to buy an apartment in this paradise.

The place is super, near a park, a couple of metro stations.
The LCD itself is fresh, repairs are actively underway.
The main disadvantage for the guests of Minsk is a certain lack of infrastructure - chain stores have not yet come here, and local entrepreneurs cannot form an adequate offer, but a standard set of "pour like", coffee shops, a beauty salon is available.
I compare it with the Lighthouse of Minsk and Novaya Borovaya - of course, everything is within walking distance there.
