The best hotel! Excellent service, wonderful location, delicious cuisine, cozy rooms. I like everything, that's why we go there for a family vacation every time the opportunity arises. A spa and a swimming pool are an important factor for a great holiday. We used to stay in a junior suite with children, now the children have grown up and taken two standards, we also really liked it.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location, clean air, lake, coniferous forest. I was on vacation with my sister and we really enjoyed it. There are a lot of areas for aesthetic photos. You can't leave without beautiful photos. I definitely recommend it)

The restaurant in the hotel is large, the food is delicious, but the prices are not very consistent. We took a suite, nice, big, but the furniture is shabby. Overall, I liked it well.

Wonderful! We'll come again! A quiet, high-quality, family-run hotel. Private beach, playground. The lake has cold and clean water. There are gazebo tents for relaxing under the pines. A good restaurant. The room is clean, cleaned and the linen was changed every day. A good breakfast buffet. Nice sauna. There is a large pool, but it seemed to us a lot of bleach. There are simulators. Quietly. High-quality furniture, there is a children's room with an animator. But to the city of Shchuchinsk - only by taxi, so there is no alternative to the restaurant.1200-1500 tenge taxi from/to the city. In my opinion, it is an ideal place for lovers of silence. Much better than a noisy Burabai.

A beautiful place on the shore of Shuchy Lake. Good service. In bad weather, you can splash in the pool and warm up in the sauna. There is table tennis and lawn tennis. The food in the restaurant is good. I liked everything! There is a rabbit farm on site.

Very polite staff! Clean rooms! The restaurant is not expensive, the food is delicious! The only thing I didn't like was that the barbecue area is far from the gazebo, it would be more convenient to make a barbecue area 10 meters from each gazebo! The beach is a little rocky! This place is unforgettable! I don't even want to tell you so that others don't come there (those who are used to living like this: I paid money for it, or it's not mine, and fine)... What am I talking about, and the fact that they haven't fucked up and broken everything they have yet. We were in July. The temperature was +22. Super! The restaurant is gorgeous! The food is top notch. Everything is clean. Everything works. Except for exercise equipment...unfortunately, there were already those who came and broke it.Swimming pool, sauna, catamarans, hammocks - all free of charge. But after all, those who break it overnight come, people do not know how to appreciate it and use it normally ...
I definitely want to come there again before they spoil anything.
And what pleasant live music in the evenings. We got to two musicians. The one on the synthesizer was trying to figure something out - not really. But the saxophonist is bravo!!!He left us the most precious memory on the last evening. Special thanks to him!
The staff is polite. But of course this is how you want to be treated - so be kind and you treat with kindness and respect. The staff is great!!!

The case is being gradually updated. The video shows that the institution is given not only attention, but also funds. We went several times: there is a buffet and a la carte breakfast.
The location is not on the lake shore, its own court, its own catamarans, bicycles. All this is already included in the price. As well as a swimming pool with sauna and Jacuzzi.
Of the minuses, I will note only the price. In my opinion, it's a bit expensive.

We rested in this hotel in a suite. I want to say that this hotel is probably the second highest rated after the Hilton. It is located in a protected area. Entry through the checkpoint is paid. You have to pay once. It is located almost in the depths of the park. The territory is quite large. Parking. There is a free bike rental, scooters, catamarans, children's bicycles, a children's playground, a trampoline. There are many gazebos in the barbecue area. There is a restaurant, but of course the price is too high. The cherry on the cake is the spa area with a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and gym. Everything is included in the accommodation. Swimming in the lake was not very cold. We went every day to the neighboring lake to swim for 20 minutes. In principle, there is all the infrastructure there.

Sometimes this was explained by the fact that these are weekend dishes (in particular sushi). Once in the breakfast (which is included) there was a packed pancake stained in the cream of the cake that was the day before. Not only is he yesterday's, but he may even have been in someone else's plate. I reported it to the reception. They were upset, but they didn't even offer verbal apologies. When I asked how things were on this issue, they said that they had been informed about it. We choose the hotel because of the pool. Now we have to look for other options 😔

We love this hotel. Everything here is on top. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Coming in winter, you will be offered buns for skating on the slide and even ice skates, and completely free of charge. In summer, you can ride a catamaran, also for free. Large swimming pool, excellent Sauna. There are a lot of advantages. The rooms are clean, of course they require a little renovation, but the pros cover all the small cons.

In three days, I ate a kilogram and a half on an apple strudel and that pit. The pool is clean, plus a sauna.The territory is well maintained, so it was very cozy. And even its own private beach with clean sand is just super. Without huge crowds. The only disadvantage for me is that instead of one large mattress on a double bed, it's two small mattresses next to each other. And they go in different directions in a dream. I really like to sleep comfortably, but for a couple of nights I slept in this hole between two mattresses.
