A great place for a secluded vacation!
Clean, calm, comfortable.
And the cherry on the cake is the "ladder of health", descending directly to the city beach.
A bonus for vacationers is a magnificent sauna with a swimming pool.
I recommend it!!!
A great place to relax, a quiet and peaceful place, friendly staff, it was warm and cozy, very nice rooms, spacious, all class. When I come to Mariupol, I will definitely come here again.
Positive: quiet and peaceful, clean air, lots of greenery, their cafe is well fed. The staff is friendly, the docks are officially given.
Cons: rooms of the Soviet department, very simple, there was no hot water, there was a sharp smell of sewage in the bathroom (there is no water gate on the plumbing), one of the beds was broken and creaked like a worn saddle at Dertanian, it was cold and the air conditioner was turned on for heat, it worked, but it was so noisy that the outdoor unit in the room to be. Parking for only 5 cars. You can spend the night, but if there is nothing else.
The hotel is designed for the summer period. In the cold season, there is no heating. The truth is, they gave out an electric fireplace. There is a cafe. The kitchen is homemade. Godoyat is delicious. Not expensive. I booked a single room, half a day later, they offered to pay for a double room. Upon check-in, a 3-seater turned out to be free. The checks issued without a barcode, the accounting department refuses
to accept. P.S.
Due to the influx of business travelers, they are taking advantage of the moment.
If it were possible to add a minus to a star, I would put -5 stars!!! This is the most infernal hotel (if you can call it that) that I have seen in my entire life, and due to sooooo frequent travel, I visit up to 20 hotels a year in different cities and countries and often look for a budget option!!!! Don't come here for anything!!! You can find a better place in Mariupol than this! We arrived with the children, drove for a day, at 2 a.m. we were taken to a "room" and when we entered, cockroaches scattered in different directions, there were many of them (((( Then we were taken to another room, since it is difficult to look for something in the middle of the night, and even for the first time in the city... in general, the shower did not work in this room (water poured from all holes, but not from a watering can, so I washed my hair in the washbasin), no kettle, no hair dryer, no sockets (one for the whole room), the smell is terrible, the bed linen is washed, which does not show the pattern and with an unpleasant smell, a full room mosquitoes (my husband and I caught them half the night, but the children were bitten anyway), I'm generally silent about the pillows... It was a nightmare!!!! You are welcome!!! You're not going there!!! If there was a war in the city, this does not mean that you cannot fix the faucet, put a grid on the window and a kettle and eventually bring out the cockroaches!!!! This is a nightmare for 8000 rubles!!!!!!!! Just think about it!!!! We lived in Moscow for such money, even cheaper, in a pretty decent hotel near Izmalovo Park!!!!
A nice quiet place, surrounded by nature, which is very pleasing, there is a cafe where they feed very tasty, hot water and heating in the room are present, the most for relaxation.
I have been living in the complex for 3 months now.
From "+": A cozy, well-groomed protected area in a shady grove of coniferous and deciduous, beautifully flowering trees and shrubs. Paramilitary security and polite, friendly, attentive staff. Clean dining room, delicious food. The rooms are cleaned, bed linen is changed, everything necessary for life is available: shower, bathroom, refrigerator - in each room. A calm, quiet, comfortable and beautiful place to relax within walking distance from the beach. On the territory there are gazebos with a barbecue area and a sauna complex with a swimming pool. From "-": antique furniture (for an amateur) and old towels (but always 3 pcs per person). And for this reason alone, the score is 4, not 5. Overall, it is a very good complex.
There are no signs where to go! Everyone is trying to cross the embankment, but the entrance is through Nakhimov
Nice guest! There are conduits, fresh towels. A VERY BAD SHOWER, I ALMOST TURNED OVER TWICE IN THIS CABIN FOR DWARFS.
There is access to the sea in 7 minutes (did not check). You can bring food with you and sit with a drunk - there are no problems. The staff is responsive. I put 4 with a stretch, since they have just opened and there is still a lot of work...
A friendly cook, a very good aunt, cooks quickly, soundly!
More ...these dogs on the territory, damn, they are annoying😅
a bed with a depressed mattress, springs are felt. and everything else looks sad. A tiny room. One light bulb that barely burns. Everything is sad, handles, doors, one set of towels, one pair of slippers. There is no hood from the toilet, and the barking of local dogs can be heard through the open windows. The lock on the door closes after a kick. All this costs 5000 rubles. Some disadvantages. One of the advantages is the availability of hot water
For 6000 rubles. You will get a room like in a 90s camp. The beds are uncomfortable, creaky, the refrigerator is old and makes hellish sounds., the smell in the room needs to be ventilated for 2 hours., the shower room with toilet is just no comment. The only thing I liked was the territory., quiet and peaceful.
Terrible!!! I found a bug that the admin girl just took away, didn't even try to apologize, said that he probably got knocked up. expensive(5000) like 5 stars, and everything is included. Hot water is not provided, it's cold, mosquitoes, don't stay there, it's a nightmare!!!!
We had to stop on the way to Crimea. It felt like we were alone in the cabin. It looks like a Soviet campsite. The cost of the cheapest room was 5 thousand. The service is also like a Soviet department. We spent the night and left at 5 a.m.
For 5 thousand a day, you get squeaky floors, a leaky, battered shower stall, an incredible stench of sewage, stinky water and a cold room. Think for yourself...
The conditions are ascetic, the price is clearly too high.
There are 6 breakfast options to choose from, delicious. But the coffee is only instant, which made me very sad.

It's a decent place for this long-suffering city. It's very simple, but clean and tidy. The staff is friendly. There is a small dining room. We can have a snack. It is located almost in a park area, and the park is very beautiful.

Nice hotel, friendly and courteous staff. I was with my wife in early July and circumstances (the car broke down) forced me to look for a hotel at night. Many thanks to Elizabeth, the hotel administrator, for the quick check-in! And in general, to all the staff! I definitely recommend it 👍 I will be passing through-wait for a visit again)
There is one "+" where to stay in this city, as well as a full house.
"after the war" the rooms are in terrible condition, but the price.........

Guys, these are two points, the numbers are hell, the descent to the sea is a super slalom, the doors to the toilet do not close, the beds are cardboard, there is a jamb with water. I pulled up to two points because of the cook's aunt, who feeds like at home, fusses - tries to please. There is Parking, there is Wi-Fi in places, a good location.
