The hotel is located near Lake Shchuchye, the territory is in the forest, there are gazebos, barbecues, everything is paid. The economy room is very small, the two of us cannot separate. The robes were given out shabby), apparently since the opening of the hotel. There is zero sound insulation in the room, if you have noisy neighbors nearby or in the hallway, you will not sleep with them. It's a long way to the beach. The village is a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is decent, the staff is friendly. The prices in the restaurant do not match the service. A summer outdoor veranda at the restaurant with a great view of the lake.

The hotel left a pleasant impression.It is located right on the shore of Lake Shchuchye, the coastline is well maintained, although the territory is not very large, the views of the lake are magnificent.The rooms are made in the style of a chalet, there is even authentic furniture made of natural wood, but in public areas there is not enough gloss, there is a little lack of design, everything is slightly hello from the Soviet style.I will especially mention the restaurant.Excellent cuisine , service , interior .I liked everything.In general, I recommend visiting especially in the summer.

A great hotel. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Very friendly staff. Free spa area, Finnish sauna and hammam. There is a volleyball court on the territory, as well as basketball and football, swings, hammocks, horizontal bars. Outdoor heated pool, and very beautiful nature around.
We had a rest in the middle of June, and since the mass tourist season had not yet begun, there were few people and we had a very good rest.
If you ask if I would recommend this hotel to my friends, yes, I will.
If I come here again, yes, I will. The score is 10 or 10.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day in March 2024. The location is good, near the forest, the bed linen is clean. The mattress seemed hard to me, with protruding "iron" irregularities. It was very hot in the rooms, they slept with the windows open, it was +1 ° C outside, and the heating was at -25 °C.
In general, the impression remained negative, because of the broken glass, for which 2500 tenge was paid. By the way, it cost us 3,000 tenge to change the wheel in the same Shchuchinsk, although this service includes hard work and time spent - 1 hour. Considering the inflated price for accommodation (above average), the price for 1 glass is 2500tg. I consider it unreasonably high. At the same time, 2 pensioners lived in this room.

The restaurant is always on top, Olechka's service brightened everything up, even in rainy weather, everything was just instantly delivered to the room and spa. The hotel is located in a chic location. Only the service gets worse over the years. The water was counted 700 tenge, when the Windom Garden and RIXOS always have free water and coolers everywhere in the SPA. We were there 2.5 years ago , we were there all the time. We are a little disappointed now.

The hotel positions itself at 4 stars. Overall a good place, amazing cuisine, quality of food. But there are some details that do not allow you to put 5 out of 5. Overall a cool place in a beautiful location.
Of the cons:
1) The very reason why the low rating is a sofa, we rented a VIP room where they indicate an additional sofa to accommodate an additional person, but it is impossible to sleep on this sofa, the crossbeam does not allow you to sleep or take a comfortable sleeping position, and if you did not sleep well on vacation, then the whole vacation is on the smart.
2) There is no air conditioning in the rooms.
Of the advantages:
1) The food is delicious (buffet)(but the food runs out quickly and you have to wait a bit for a new one to be brought)
2) Heated pool (children did not climb out of the pool, cool)

The waiters are great by the way. The reception staff tries to help with everything. A specific disadvantage for us is the music is very loud in the neighboring sanatorium from 20 to 23 hours. Very loud. After the last trip from 17 to 19 June 2022. I was very disappointed. Pool seats are sold to outsiders. They come from all sides . There are practically no free sun beds. Although visiting the hotel is included in the price. That is, it turns out that they resell visits to the pool to the guests' places. Is it worth paying 48,000 for a standard when you can rent a room nearby for 5,000 and splash in the pool for 3,000? By the way, sun beds on the beach are paid 1000 tenge.

We booked a room on the 3rd floor, for some reason it turned out to be occupied during the placement. It was cold in the room, and the two extra heaters provided did not save. I like the location. There is a huge bike path in the middle of the forest, next to a pedestrian one. Not so far away is the beach, which is free for hotel guests and not deep, just for children. There is also a small outdoor pool, the water is heated.
The rooms are ordinary, nothing special, but cozy.
The prices for food are not small, you will give more for food than for a room, although it depends on how you eat. In principle, I can recommend you to visit. We're going to go again.

Nice local hotel. A very well-renovated building of the Shchukinsky sanatorium. Great view of the breakfasts from the 5th floor.
