A great hotel in one of the central squares of Berlin. Near the hotel there is an entrance to the metro, to the railway station, it is very convenient to get there. There is an observation deck on the roof of the hotel, as well as an adrenaline ride - jumping on a flexible rope upside down, it's scary to watch)))
The hotel is not bad, there was a panoramic city view room, they settled on the 20th floor, 8 lifts (2 parts) “lift a” and “lift c” are available on the 20th floor
The elevators are high-speed, they deliver to the 20th floor in 8 seconds, it stuffs the ears and makes you feel a little sick, there was a capsule coffee machine in the room. In the restaurant on the 2nd floor, the staff is not friendly, there are always complaints about you, for example, you did not order food when the waiter came up to you, wait until she serves everyone, she will come to you in 30 minutes (Even if you call, even if you don't call)
The beds in the room are very hard, the pillow is flat (I had to fold it in half)
Water flows from the shower into the room.
The rooms are cleaned perfectly!
The breakfasts are good, at the bottom (at the reception) there is a burger king, so there is a constant queue at the entrance to the hotel, opposite the entrance there is a descent to the u bahn “Alexander Platz”
I want to say:
Do not expect 4 stars from the hotel, 3 stars is the MAXIMUM!!
Good location, cleaned every day, but not very well. The staff is attentive and polite. There was no refrigerator or kettle in our room. Keep in mind. There's a Burger King downstairs. But coffee is very expensive there, there are many coffee shops across the street where you can drink delicious coffee.
