Excellent breakfasts, traditionally the most comfortable beds for Radisson, the nicest staff. It's like coming home the second time. I'm going to come back here in the future.
Great hotel!
Polite and friendly staff.
The hotel is located next to the old town. There are countless cafes and restaurants around. Shops are also nearby.
Tallinn is a wonderful city!
The people of Tallinn are very hospitable people!
It's a great hotel, I didn't even expect that I would like it so much.
Firstly, although this is a Park Inn, it is an order of magnitude higher than all the Park inns I have ever visited, category 4*+.
The hotel has a number of undeniable advantages :
+ location - very close to the Old Town and Independence Square, within walking distance; at the same time, a 10-minute walk from the railway station, the train to the hotel is at hand!
+ beautiful spacious lobby, modern design.
+ the rooms are spacious and cozy, we had a view of the city, in the photo.
+ this is a SPA hotel, there is a swimming pool and several types of baths, in the lobby / elevators / corridors you can meet guests in bathrobes, you need to get used to it 😜
+ breakfast is quite good, a standard buffet with herring.
- the reception staff does not speak Russian, but if you speak English, it will not be a problem, as it is almost nowhere else in the world.
- the hotel strained with king-size beds - in our room, two single beds were pushed under a common mattress pad and they constantly moved in different directions.
For me, this hotel has become ideal for spending a pleasant few days in Tallinn, I advise you! 👌
Nice hotel, cozy, everything is fine, but the entrance is from the courtyard. To be honest, when I first checked in, I had the feeling that this was some kind of second-rate hostel, but no, in the end everything was at the highest level.

Nice hotel! We liked everything, the rooms are new, clean, stylish decoration. The reception staff is responsive (some speak Russian, if it's important to someone). The breakfasts were pleasantly surprised! There's even a smoothie)
The only thing is that the air conditioner in the room did not work, there is no drinking water in the coolers (it is customary to drink directly from the tap, but the water is tasteless), and the absence of a curtain in the bathroom is inconvenient. Otherwise, everything is fine! We will keep this hotel in mind in the future.
A very good location, the hotel is located within walking distance from the historical center of the city and major shopping centers. Good coffee and breakfast in general, excellent value for money provided services.
We came to Tallinn to relax from February 23-25, received a magnetic card for the room, went up, opened the door and heard a man's voice inside the room "WHO'S THERE? WHAT DO YOU WANT?" A half-naked man looks out from behind the door in bewilderment, like us, not understanding how it happened. We went to the reception, explained the situation, apologized to us for the misunderstanding and politely offered another room (442). We go into the room, and immediately realize that this is not at all what was in the booking photos that I looked at before booking.
Below are the photos that were taken.
1. Old foundation, all things are pretty shabby;
2. The room is very cold, the floors are icy, the batteries are cold. I unscrewed the regulator on the battery to the maximum, they became warm for a while, but then they cooled down again;
3. The room was declared as bright, well-lit, in fact only a couple of light bulbs worked, one of which eventually burned out too. The room was quite dark;
4. There was a lamp on the table, the plug from it lay on the floor, because there was simply no free outlet for it in the vicinity. And those sockets, rolled on their side, were already occupied by the TV and something else;
5. I decided to heat the water in the kettle, it doesn't work. It turned out that the sockets next to the kettle were also not working properly, I had to heat the kettle on the floor by connecting it to an outlet in another corner of the room;
6. One set of shower facilities was allocated for 2 people (I do not know here, perhaps this is the norm);
7. Wi-Fi worked terribly, the signal regularly jumped from 0 to 3 divisions;
8. The water in the sink, with the drain as open as possible, very slowly left, overflowed and went astride. Apparently the siphon is clogged;
9. Well, the most disgusting thing is the dirt and dust that was everywhere, it is clearly visible in the photo. The hood, mirrors, painting, shelves, window sill, battery, curtain, even the floor were covered in dust and stains. I did not post photos of my socks, but I assure you that after staying in the room for about 30 minutes, the picture was impressive.
In general, I immediately turned to the girls at the reception, showed photos and expressed my doubt about the 4-star rating of this room. Fortunately, a Russian-speaking employee, Nadezhda, turned out to be nearby, who helped quickly explain the essence of the problem to the administrator.
They apologized to us and promised to provide another clean room in 4 hours. We were also invited to dinner at the restaurant at the expense of the hotel, which was quite pleasant.
After 4 hours, I asked the hotel employee at the reception if the room was ready, to which I heard that it was not there yet, that it would be ready at 9 p.m. and that they would call our room and inform us. It was not very comfortable, arriving in Tallinn, to be forced to sit in a cold room for half a day, but nevertheless expected. No one called me, at half past 10 p.m. I call the reception myself and ask about the fate of our relocation, to which I receive a polite refusal, due to the fact that today it is impossible, and when? - and tomorrow at lunch. I was not satisfied with the answer, went downstairs, turned back to Nadezhda, who talked to the girls at the reception, as well as to the chief administrator, who was in charge that evening. And the receptionist (unfortunately, I did not remember the name) and Nadezhda politely and quickly, apologizing for the inconvenience, found us another room, which turned out to be of a completely different quality, exactly as I saw in the photo in the booking. Warm, lighted, with good furniture, with working sockets and everything that was available. We were completely satisfied with the room and that was the end of our problems. In addition to the apologies, the hotel offered us wine.
Everything else in the hotel was wonderful - good breakfasts, polite staff, spa (pool and sauna), etc.
Despite the inconveniences on the first day of check-in, in general, I still give a good rating, because the hotel is worried about its reputation and is ready to eliminate existing shortcomings. I would like to express my special gratitude to Nadezhda from the restaurant, who treated us with great concern and understanding. If it wasn't for her, I think everything would be sadder. In general, we were delighted with the weekend in Tallinn. Such things)
Probably justifies its 3+ stars.Good-natured staff. The rooms are clean and close to the center, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a public transport stop nearby. Half an hour by tram to the airport and 20-25 minutes to the railway station and bus station/ different directions!
Close to the center, everything is within walking distance.
Unlike the park inn in the west of the city, there is no swimming pool. And the sauna is paid separately, which was not clear from the description on the website.
Everything was fine until we met cockroaches in the bathroom, to which the girl at the reception, Svetlana, said "clear"!)
In general, I do not recommend it, you can bring animals home)
There were no bathrobes or slippers, and there were no accessories in the bathroom except soap (
The cabinets look like they are 20 years old, the rooms are very cold, I think because of the panoramic windows) by the way, there was no water either, only a couple of tea bags)
A very pleasant place. Convenient location in the city center, but at the same time, in a quiet place. Clean, stylish interior, friendly staff. I recommend.
Excellent breakfast, close to the old town, parking at the hotel is paid and not cheap, 17 euros for 24 hours, with the right to leave, park for 24 hours and do not drive costs 14 euros with kopecks the next day 4 more with kopecks in my opinion 19.2 euros for two days, but there is parking for 3.5 euros for a long time a day by the bay at the village church, the rooms are small
The room (premium room) is so small that in order to turn on or off the floor lamp, you need to lift the chair (there is nowhere to move it), and there is nowhere to dry the umbrella (except on the bed). The air conditioner does not turn off and blows directly onto the bed. Room cleaning coincides with breakfast (where has it ever been seen?), so when you return from breakfast, you run the risk of running into the cleaning process. There is a construction site around the hotel from all sides (January 2018) Advantages: the staff is perfectly friendly, everything is clean, all the furniture is new, the breakfasts are excellent, the location is convenient.
Great room and service. The staff speaks Russian. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. Breakfast is a large selection of all kinds. You can eat before dinner)
