Positive: Conveniently located The pleasant interior of the entire hotel Nice room interior The buffet Minuses Price, for the price of a normal or superior room in most hotels of this class in Moscow, here you are given a standard room. The standard does not include: Slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, Individual soap soap. As a universal soap, there is a dispenser hanging in public restrooms. The sealant in the shower is in a fungus (this is often found in hotels, but usually hotels position themselves lower and there is clearly less fungus, they change the sealant more often) Initially, the pleasant exterior of the room is spoiled by a dead carpet, under which the crumbled screed number 603 or 605 I do not remember. The impression of the hotel is twofold, it doesn't seem to be bad, and the staff is friendly, but I understand that the owners are greedy.

I have been staying at the hotel for the third year in a row. In general, Park Inn Donetsk offers accommodation on the level of other hotels of the same class in the Russian Federation, providing a standard set of amenities, including slippers, a toothbrush and water, and also has a large parking lot. The facade of the hotel has been repaired, although signs of damage may still be visible. The main disadvantage, in my opinion, is related to the staff, who, due to increased demand, are beginning to suffer from "star disease". Their training needs to be improved and, most importantly, their customer orientation needs to be improved. This applies to both ordinary staff and management. There are already other hotels in Donetsk that are no worse than the class. And then there will be even more of them. Breakfast is also a weak point at the Park Inn: the cafe is often crowded (I personally feel uncomfortable sitting at the same table with strangers), and having only one coffee machine creates inconveniences for guests.

My favorite city... The city of many years spent...but I was surprised that there is such a hotel in my city with a chic, friendly staff. The numbers just fly away. Wonderful kitchen. I highly recommend it
