The buffet is small, but with a sufficient amount of food. In the room, (for 6K) there are no slippers, a refrigerator, there are problems with the TV (the remote control did not work, the channels were not configured).
A good hotel, compact, spacious room, comfortable bed (mattress), TV, hairdryer, water (2 bottles of 0.5 liters were brought every day).
But there are disadvantages that I don't want to keep silent about.
There was practically no water in the room (in the shower), inconvenient soap dispensers, washed terrible towels, the water in the sink is flowing rusty.
If we talk about the water supply, that there are restrictions, then why not warn the guests about it?
The cost of accommodation is 6000 rubles / day and the reception does not even warn that the water is supplied according to a special schedule.
Then it would be possible to organize cubes with water on the floor! On August 9, a delegation of foreign journalists arrived at the hotel. I even wonder how they got the information about the water supply to the room!
The breakfasts at the hotel are meager: the Swedish line, you will not stay hungry, but you could supplement it with several items.

Everything is clean and the service is excellent. And the breakfasts are like in Europe, a buffet and everything is delicious and in assortment

To begin with, to get to the parking lot, you need to drive under the "NO TRAFFIC" sign, there is another entrance, but it is under the barrier, which is constantly closed and no one is watching it. Accommodation is very expensive, breakfast is expensive and there is very little variety. There is a receptionist at the reception, VLADLENA, a rude and boorish girl, as I noticed, many are waiting for EVGENIA to be there to solve their questions. There is no kettle or refrigerator in the rooms. Cleaning was done poorly, the maid sometimes forgot to take out the trash and leave drinking water.
Everything is not bad, but there is no refrigerator in the room, this is a very big minus.... The staff are trying, but there is a negative feeling... I want a little more..
There's water here. Almost around the clock. Warm, cozy, polite staff. A rich, varied breakfast. Good internet connection. Nearby there is a beautiful park and fresh air.

We checked into a double business room for 8000 days. Which basically turned out to be business class. A side room with access to the road, the buzz in the room is incredible, you can only dream about rest. When contacting the administration to move to a room of the appropriate category, we received the answer: you don't like it, you can leave! There are no other types available! The air conditioner is not working, the noise in the room is terrible, as if on the highway! 8000 for a bed without amenities is somehow very expensive!!!
The room is normal, the water is rusty - you have to wait until it merges (when there is water)). The room was not prepared for the accommodation of one guest - everything was for two (spread beds, matching blankets. I ended up moving the beds myself, etc. The towels are very old - even my grandmother doesn't have them anymore - she sent them to rags, and they also stink, as if they were forgotten in the washing machine for a day and they suffocated there. Breakfast costs 1100rubles - in my case, everything was cold, the juice feels Zuko diluted, the coffee is disgusting, but you can ask at the bar, it's better there. When I asked why sausages, omelets and potatoes were cold, they answered me - that we have - and the girl turned away. The staff is not prepared to work with even the most minimal objections and dissatisfied customer comments. In general, you can have breakfast much better for 1100₽ (and even with champagne))
The hotel management should start training their staff, because so far I have received nothing but annoyances. This is strange considering the level of the hotel.
In the current situation, this is a very decent option. The rooms are clean, there is water (whoever is in the subject will understand), you can include breakfast. The restaurant - kitchen is open until 21. The bar is open until 23. There is a gym on the minus ground floor.
In these difficult conditions, they continue to keep the brand. Good breakfasts. From 6 a.m. to midnight, there is water on the laugh floors (those who visited the city will understand the charm) there is a gym in the basement.

At the same time, in order not to lose customers, it would be possible to introduce an "early check-out" tariff with a check-out time, for example, before 10:00 and without breakfast, moreover, with the possibility of extending such a tariff at the cost of a day without changing the tariff itself. The reception staff should exclude phrases like: "Am I going to do this ten times?!" from the oven, or: "Are you breaking the card (room key)." Yes, it would not hurt to correct the situation with room cards too. Almost all guests have room keys with varying frequency of demagnetization.
Great service, great restaurant. In difficult conditions, the hotel keeps its brand.
