Hello everyone Since I work in the tourism industry, and for me the choice of a hotel is very important, I will describe everything in detail:
🏨 Hotel:
Excellent, the staff is friendly and smiling, the girls at the reception are sociable, they gave us a nice room with our wishes. (Wishes are not always taken into account, it must be understood, it all depends on the occupancy of the hotel). The hotel is a bit old, but if you don't pay attention to some details, everything is fine on the whole.
🛌 Room:
Clean, small and cozy, there is everything you need. Bathrobe, slippers, towels, tea set: tea, coffee, sugar. Our room view was on the roof of the building and a partial view of the city, floor 4. There is no bottled water, shampoo, conditioner in the rooms, there is only a dispenser with soap.
🍳Breakfast:
The food is amazing, everything is very tasty, the juices are freshly squeezed, the variety of dishes is decent. From omelets to fruits, you definitely won't stay hungry!
SPA:
A good complex, several types of swimming pools with different temperatures in each, there is a separate pool for children, there is a Finnish, salt and aroma sauna. Towels are provided at the reception. A good fitness room.
By the way, SPA visits are not included in the standard room category, so book superior immediately if you want to visit the spa every day or tickets for a one-time visit can be purchased on site at the reception of the spa center.
🗺Location:
Convenient, any attraction can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. Keep in mind that wherever you go, you will either go uphill or downhill. Near the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Danish King's Garden, the Kick-in-de-Keck Tower, Freedom Square.
A nice SPA hotel in the capital of Estonia. Excellent location, located near the Old Town. A significant disadvantage is some kind of tight staff at the reception, they understand Russian very poorly when checking in.
The spa food is very cool, but the attitude of those who come to the spa is at a weak level.Tallinn surprised me with its beautiful cuisine, the most budget-friendly place in Europe. But it is the Estonians who treat the Russians …
Russophobia is flourishing! We rented a room and paid online. At the border, the guys decided that they did not need to let us into the country and did not even come up with a reason. The hotel, of course, does not refund the money. We postpone the date to a convenient one (we are in Finland, we wanted to come by ferry) - refusal without explanation! Great, don't choke on my money. We used to often come for a walk around Tallinn, now we don't need it for nothing, we won't go anymore. A bestial attitude for my own money.
Maybe he was, when he was normal. But for some reason, the hotel has recruited refugees, from whom the level of Russophobia is off the scale. Everything is dirty, everyone is always stupid. There are 10 people in line to check in. I rented a room for 4 days, first of all I paid for parking. And every morning, I bring a fine from under the windshield. And every time I hear it, I'm sorry. Moreover, this queue consists of 10 people. Bracelets are thrown into the spa, almost in the face, after hearing the Russian speech. In general, I'm not coming here anymore. I don't need this hemorrhoid, for my own money.
A good hotel in terms of price-quality ratio is generally excellent. SPA is included in the price if there are almost no people walking in the morning. A large swimming pool, a very warm children's pool, 2 large Jacuzzis with warm and very warm water, a Finnish sauna separately for men and women, the rest are shared, hama, salt and aroma. The SPA area is clean. The breakfasts are very good, the choice is great, if there are few people coming before 9-30, after a lot and it is difficult to find a table. The rooms are nice, well cleaned, but there is only liquid soap and shampoo gel in the bathroom. For 10 euros (7 by special offer) per person, you can get a set of: bathrobe, slippers and soap, shampoo, conditioner, gel, cream of very decent quality. The rooms themselves are well soundproofed, the neighbors and the corridor are not audible, whether or not there will be noise from the windows (they do not open) depends on the location of the room. We had Windows to the courtyard and on the 6th floor, there was silence. The location is excellent 15 minutes and you are in the old town (upper). The only thing is that the way to the hill, if you go a little around and without lifting, then 25 minutes of the way.
Very nice hotel! Friendly staff, excellent SPA area with a large swimming pool and 4 saunas (and everything is included in the price). We lived on the 7th floor, the view of the old town is simply amazing. There are no words! And breakfast is something fantastic, Finland is resting! There is everything and even more. You have fried eggs, pancakes, pancakes, grilled vegetables, omelets, sausages, bacon, meatballs, slicing, etc. etc. And the coffee! Super! There is a retro bike with baskets at the exit, where you can take fruits to the room!
Transport accessibility is at a height-there is a bus stop opposite the hotel, 2 stops and you are in the center. Super!
We are very satisfied and we will choose this hotel again next time.
Convenient location, near the railway station, convenient public transport from the bus station. For walks and excursions around the old town, walking distance.
A variety of shopping malls from different sides.
Good service in the hotel itself. Delicious buffet breakfasts, friendly staff, good room layout.
A great breakfast with a very large selection of dishes, wonderful coffee that can be taken to the room. Comfortable beds, the SPA is normal, accessible to anyone from the outside, only they pay for admission, and for those staying at the hotel-free of charge. You can rent bathrobes (3 euros) for the entire stay at the hotel.
A good hotel for its price. The panoramic windows in the rooms are impressive, very beautiful. Spa on solid 4 (2 saunas in total and 1 swimming pool in which you can swim. Everything else is a Jacuzzi). At breakfast, everyone will find what they like.
The hotel has a very convenient location.
We arrived from the station on foot in 7 minutes. The Old Town is 5 minutes away.
Good and varied breakfasts, a wonderful SPA with a swimming pool.
The room has comfortable beds.
The furniture is modern, but very worn, not the first freshness. The room had a dirty floor when checking in and there was a lot of dust on the furniture. We informed the reception about this. She apologized to us and promised to clean everything up. But, unfortunately, during the entire stay, no one washed the floor and did not wipe the dust))
Although the bed was cleaned and the towels were changed!
Nice hotel, close location to the Old Town. The water in the pool is very cold, you can only warm up in the Jacuzzi baths, but I would like to swim, because I was with a child. The room is wonderful, cleaning every day, but the air conditioning ruined all the impressions...It's good to wear a hat at night, it blows from all sides. We warmed up on the bus on the way home! It's probably nicer to stay at this hotel in the summer.Certainly not a four-star...
Hello. This was our first trip to Estonia to a SPA hotel. We liked everything. It is convenient and comfortable. They speak Russian. Polite and executive. Good treatments in the spa area. I recommend it for a family visit.
Hello everyone Great vacation)) Convenient location to the railway station 7min.walking distance to the center is 7 min. walking distance. Spacious room of 20 sq.m with a large frame window. However, in winter it is cold in the room, you need to ask for a heater at the reception. A wonderful spa area. Standard breakfasts. Excellent staff. We were warmly welcomed and made a compliment from the hotel in honor of the Birthday. A compliment in the form of a booth.wine, desserts, greeting cards. It was very unexpected and pleasant! Thank you. I will recommend you!
Excellent location of the hotel, the Old Town is a 5-minute walk away. Responsive and pleasant hotel staff and wonderful breakfasts. The presence of a swimming pool and several types of saunas is a big plus for the hotel!
A good hotel in the city center, a beautiful spa area with a large swimming pool and saunas allows you to relax and unwind after walking around the city, and in the morning cheer up.
Cozy, clean rooms, friendly Russian-speaking staff, excellent delicious breakfasts.
An excellent spa hotel is a ten-minute walk from the old town. The numbers are good. There is everything: refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer. Very comfortable beds. A large restaurant, breakfast for 5+, there is a cafe with a variety of confectionery.
Russian russians Volodya and Zhenya work at the reception not only speak Russian, but also work at the reception! We checked in immediately, no questions asked, the room is warm and clean. A wonderful spa with hydro-massage and 4 saunas for every taste, a swimming pool - you can train. A fitness rocking chair, all the simulators are new, there are few people. Breakfast is a separate song. A rich selection for every taste, from oatmeal and milk to potatoes and sausages, jams, honey, nuts... There are no questions about the service. Location: 10 min walk to the train station, to the old town - also. I recommend.
It seems to be nothing bad, but we expected more. Breakfast is so-so. There are walnuts and various seeds, carrot juice.
The spa is not the worst, but it can be better.
For some reason, they write that up to a certain age, the child's accommodation is free, but at the same time, if you check the box that you are with the child, the price is 2-3 thousand higher, this is without additional.a sleeping place. I don't know, maybe it's a booking jamb.
We would hardly have stopped here a second time
Very convenient location of the hotel within walking distance from the center of the Old Town. Attentive staff, good breakfasts. After walking around the city, it was especially pleasant to spend time in the hotel pool.
Excellent location, within walking distance of a chic space with food street, to the center of the old town is only 5-7 minutes on foot. Excellent spa area, very varied breakfast, gorgeous staff!
It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. The price is excellent, the quality of service is beyond praise. Excellent breakfasts, sauna and pool for 5+
I liked everything. Professional, attentive staff. A large selection of dishes. Comfortable rooms. There are recommendations. It is necessary to organize a separate area in the pool for children, so that their behavior does not create inconvenience for vacationers.

Excellent service. The possibility of free early check-in. A variety of breakfast dishes for every taste. Nice spa center. One of the disadvantages is the lack of a refrigerator and a mini bar in the room.
The hotel was once good, but it needs to be looked after. The spa is frankly dirty and unkempt, repairs or at least a banal cleaning are required. The showers are in a VERY poor condition. The spa area itself is not bad for those who did not come specifically for this, but simply decided to rest for an hour. If you need a spa hotel, you are not here.
A wonderful place! We had a great rest! The rooms are huge in size. Gorgeous SPA: we went there for four days in a row))) literally 4-5 minutes to the old town. I recommend it!
When checking into the hotel, take into account the wishes of the guests, which were announced when booking rooms, almost 5 months in advance. The staff at the reception is not competent, they do not know the room stock of the hotel and do not want to explain anything or help in solving the problems that have arisen. Russian russians are 80% of the hotel's population, and the staff does not speak Russian.
The advantages of the hotel: location, breakfast, staff and spa. All this is for a fiver. One of the disadvantages is the "tired" rooms. But now the hotel is undergoing renovation, so perhaps this disadvantage will be eliminated
In general, the hotel itself is not bad. The room is cold enough in winter, the heater does not save. Parking was also a little frustrated - a day is paid, which ends on the minute, then you need to extend (1 hour for 3.5 euros) if you want to take another walk. For comparison, in Helsinki, you could stand in the parking lot for free for extra time even until nightfall.
A bunch of drunk Russians, very old swimming pools, a lot of people always not staying at the hotel
If you want a spa hotel, I do not recommend it
Also bathrobes for 3€
There are only 4 saunas, 2 swimming pools and 2 Jacuzzis, but it is quite enough. It is better not to go on a weekend evening

The air conditioning system in the room is a bit noisy. There is no place to dry bathing accessories. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious. Good location in relation to the old town.
There is no drinking water, only for money in bottles. 5 euros per liter, and you can smoke only on the street, but everything is fine, the breakfasts are very good.
In principle, the hotel is nothing, but room service suffers, then the towel will not be changed, then something else, like a trifle, but still not pleasant

The cleaning is bad, the rest is generally fine. There is no water in the spa;(
The room temperature is not regulated. It was cold. There is a lot of chlorine in the pool water. There are no potatoes, porridges, pilaf, or normal pasta on the breakfast menu
Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. But the rooms are a little tired. There are no dressing gowns. It is cold in rooms with large windows. There is no point in paying for high flo and a view of the city.
